My brother resides at Tiffany Springs Senior Living, so we held our family reunion there last weekend. We were able to reserve the Veteran's Room and it was a great setup for our purposes. I had coordinated with Tonya. She had the room set up and ready for us when we arrived. Great Experience!

Crystal, the Marketing Coordinator with whom I had the pleasure of working, is an outstanding representative, recruiter, and coordinator. I put my name on a wait list for pretty specific things and didn't expect to be called for a long time. Her intuition was so strong that when a unit became available that had some of my requested features, she called me to see if I wanted it. I accepted, am now in the unit where she continues to check with me, and am impressed in all the important ways for one looking into this kind of transition.

Tiffany Springs Senior Living is a great place. Every time you visit the staff are always very friendly. You can tell they really care for the residents. There are regularly scheduled events and happy hours making it feel much more like a community than I would have expected. AND the facility is cleaner than most hospitals and doctor’s offices I’ve visited.

Not only are we so thankful that a place like this exists to take care of our parents but all of the people are so amazing. Coincidentally, Daniel brought some residents out on an adventure in Parkville and stopped my store! When I mentioned my in-laws, they all knew them. They had eaten with my FIL for breakfast when he was eating alone, helped him get back to his apartment when he needed it and listened to his stories. It’s an incredible community.

My dad spent the last 3 weeks of his life at Tiffany Springs Senior Living in their memory care unit. I’m so glad he was there. The staff was amazing. They took such good care of him. Every day they made sure he was shaved, clean clothes on, body cleaned and dentures in. At night they made sure his dentures came out, his pjs put on and he was tucked under the covers. Laundry was washed 1-2 times a week depending on the need. There were nurses on staff all the time who constantly kept us informed including asking permission if a medication needed to be ordered. They worked with us on a health plan including what would happen as my dad’s health declined. The hospice staff are in the memory care unit daily checking on him from the nurse, social work and chaplain. The facility is like staying at a hotel. High ceilings, large windows that make the rooms light and bright, spacious dining room, several quiet areas to visit with family and a nice courtyard. I can’t say enough about the staff being amazing and caring people. You can tell they care about the residents and making sure they are comfortable and respected. At meals the residents were not rushed. Food was served to accommodate the residents i.e. cut up into small pieces for those who needed help. If someone wanted more food, they could. Once dad passed, staff and hospice staff called to check on us. They sent flowers and some gave hugs. I wish we had placed dad here a year ago instead of wasting our time at a different memory care place. I am a new resident at Tiffany Springs. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. My first contact was Crystal, who kept in touch with me, made sure to invite me to marketing events, and worked with me to schedule my move-in and make everything as smooth as possible. She went above and beyond. I think I am going to like it here!

I recently toured the Tiffany Springs Senior community in my search for a place to live. I really didn’t know what to expect but I was blown away. The facilities are beautiful, all of the community rooms are tastefully appointed and lovely. They have thought of everything. I love that they are locally owned. My host, Crystal Aragon, was very helpful, informative, and genuinely kind and caring. So many younger people talk down to and patronize us seniors. Crystal did neither and I could tell she enjoyed meeting me. I was invited back for a social evening. It was much fun and all the staff and residents I met were awesome. If you are interested in learning about Tiffany Springs, call Crystal and make an appointment for a tour. You will be glad you did!

We moved my dad and stepmom into Tiffany Springs in the summer of 2024. My dad had dementia and my stepmom had been battling MS for decades and had been bedridden for years, so they needed a lot of support and care. There are no words to describe how grateful I am for the staff there. The caregivers treat your family members as if they were their own and will go out of their way to make sure they are treated with dignity and kindness and they will listen to and support the rest of the family as well. Their professionalism, compassion, warmth, and sense of humor will leave you feeling at peace with your decision to keep your loved one(s) here. My parents were on Hospice care when we moved them in, and Tiffany Springs worked well with them coordinating care and meetings. My dad passed in May of 2025 and my stepmom in February 2026. I received many hugs and shed tears with several of the staff with both of their passings. Saying goodbye to them was like saying goodbye to family. In addition to the fantastic staff, the facilities are kept clean and beautifully maintained , and any concerns or needs you have are addressed quickly. I would highly recommend Tiffany Springs Senior Living Center to anyone looking for a safe and loving environment for an elderly family member.

My Dad lived in the assisted living side. His room was beautiful and for the most part, the staff were attentive, friendly and caring. When they had someone that didn’t fit the bill, they helped them learn or they removed them. The kitchen helped my Dad when he had special food needs. Empower staff that provided therapy were also wonderful. My Dad loved the social aspect. We also utilized the transportation. That was a huge benefit. Thank you for taking care of him.

Where do I begin... My Mom was in the Alzheimer's unit at Tiffany for several years before her passing. The level of care and love she received from all the staff, even down to the maintenance workers, was outstanding! My Dad still lives in an apartment there and the level of care continues for him. Mary, the director, is over the top! She does an incredible job and has a special place in our hearts! She even takes the time to have a standing "date" with my Dad every Friday afternoon! Love her and Tiffany Springs!
