I wheeled in and my first impression was that it smelled good unlike other places I been to. Devin checked on me about every day and made sure I was doing well. I've even gained a bit of weight because they fed me well almost too well Haha. Friendly therapy team and they worked me. Highly recommend.

They did a really great job with my family member. Devin, a Director there, was compassionate and always in communication with me which I really appreciated. There were a few small bumps that were immediately resolved with Devin’s help but I’m really pleased with the progress that was made.

Do not let the new name fool you, there is no luxury care going on here. Anywhere in here. My loved one's room is filthy. She has been waiting to be pulled upright in bed and is still waiting as I type. It's been hours. I did a practicum here ad a future CNA in 2014. It was horrible then and nothing has changed except the layout. I hurts to see my loved one treated this way. Right now I have no power or rights to change this. My loved one looks drained of hope every time I visit. Please do no even consider bringing a loved one here. Don't even consider bringing Hitler to this place.

The staff i encountered at the front desk and nursing were so friendly. The staff really created a bond with a loved one I had rehabilitating here. Devin also surprised us a few times with Starbucks drinks which was awesome!

My mother in law is there, now. So far, we are very pleased with her care. Her caregiver, Sonya, is so wonderful! A huge thank you to her for assisting us and our family member during this life changing transition.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality I was here about 6 weeks rehabilitating my leg and arm. The rehab team was wonderful. Tiffany and Carly were the best. Devin was great too keeping me informed and keeping me comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I really like the home - front feeling that a patient receives. The staff who specialize from administration, skilled nursing, senior health-care, out-patient sourcing, to the overall cooking team, all indeed have great chemistry. Always clean and friendly staff and superb meals make it complete.

We had tried different services prior and always ran into a problem either with the nurse or the office staff. The process was seamless and enjoyable with Ignite Medical Resort Carondelet. They were very knowledgeable, caring and treated my grandmother. They worked well in communicating with her and addressing whatever issues came up. The therapy team just did a fabulous job. I enjoyed working with the PT Heather. The CNA Kim I usually had during the days I really appreciated all she did for me. Anything I needed she took care of me, even outside of nursing duties. Everyone here really has been great, I cant say enough good things about therapy. They make a bad time in my life as good as possible!

First of all, this building lived up and exceeded all of my expectations. The programs here for PT and OT are very very good. I have been here for a little over a month, but it doesnt seem that way. I met the best people here so the time did not drag on here. I would recommend this to anyone for physical rehab. Management listens and helps you through things. The food was great too! I have had a very good experience here!

I would like to give kudos to the aide Kathryn who has been taking care of me since I got here, anything and everything she is able to do for me, she does. She goes above and beyond. I have been in a lot of facilities and she is the best. Jada the nurse is one of the best, she is exceptional, pleasant smile with me always. Always bringing my medications on time, she is caring and compassionate. Malissa the aide is also exceptional, such a bubbly personality, every time I see her, I smile. She goes out of her way to make me comfortable. The therapy team is amazing, they also go above and beyond to make sure I improve in my therapies, especially Ashely, Stacey, and Tiesha.

I came here and basically had to gain all my strength back to walk again. The staff has been wonderful, therapy, nurses, aides, kitchen staff. Overall the stay has been wonderful, the management staff is great, if I ask to see someone they always stop by. Ive enjoyed the stay here tremendously, I can see why this place came highly recommended. I would recommend to this to everyone who needs a little help.

I posted a negative review 4 years ago about this facility and since then they have done a total make over and complete over haul of their staff there. The office heads are finally compassionate and professional with their family concerns and patient care. Very prompt with any concerns or issues. Proven fact that change is sometimes better.
