I have lived here now for month, and I can honestly say everyone has been very welcoming and friendly. I do wish there were more activities. But overall it's a great place to live.

Kevin Penrose the maintenance man for the Gardens is EXCELLENT. HIS WORK IS SUPERB, HIS PROFESSIONALISM IS ABOVE AND BEYOND. He is quick, precise and can repair anything like new. He is wonderful to work with and deserves all the praise for being above and beyond. An asset to The Gardens of Jackson Creek!

I toured the facility and a vacant two bedroom apartment. It was clean, pleasantly decorated, and beautiful. The manager Rachelle was very friendly, and helpful. Also was able to meet the maintenance staff Kevin, he was very friendly and helpful. Love this place management is awesome.

Hi I live here at The Gardens at Jackson Creek for two years now. In the past it was getting pretty bad but since April and Dee have been here they have turned this place totally around. I really enjoy living here now. John the maintenance man is so good and we are blessed to have these three people guiding and looking out for us.

This is a nice complex. They currently have no permanent janitor/maintenance personnel. They are not Section 8.

This summer I have gotten to know the staff and residents at The Gardens at Jackson Creek and I have been so impressed. Carla Cantrell has been so wonderful and professional. You can tell she really has a passion for what she does. In fact, all of the staff I have gotten to know here have been wonderful, and I can tell they truly care about their residents. I would trust this retirement community with my own parent or grandparent in a heartbeat.

This is a newer facility, lots of couples, not more than 110 residents, full kitchens so lunch and dinner are optional which keeps the rate down. Oh, and washer and dryer in the room.

The Gardens at Jackson Creek is such a wonderful place- there is a staff who truly cares, options for amenities so you dont have to pay for something you dont need, and washers and Dryers in each apartment. This is an amazing place to be.
