Theresa in the office is very personable and professional. She takes personal care of all of the residents. The facility is emmaculate and clean.

This is a very special place that has been owned and managed by a person with a caring and compassionate heart. My mother lived there for a while (years ago) and it was a godsend. The apartments were clean, safe, extremely well maintained, affordable, and designed to support older adults or people that need a bit of help. Randy and the staff provided dignity and independence for the residents while thinking of human decency before profits. I will always be inspired by this place and I admire the owner, from what I know of him. I heard that he recently won an award by the city of Florissant, but I'm not sure of the details. Thank you very much!

This apt for fixed living is the most up kept set of apt I have ever see. I used to live on St. Antione St. I could see the apt from my home. Year after year I watched the landlord poor money into the up keep and upgrade of the apt. There is not many places that keep there properties 100% clean and working but this place here is a different store. It's very quiet never have any issues out of the tenant that I could ever think of . I would highly recommend this set of apt to anyone looking for a good place to stay. To the landlord and the maintenance staff there I just want to say good job and thank u for doing what is right. Keep up the good work
