It's more like a slumnursing home not a good one my mom caught COVID there from a nurse was treated like a dog didn't get to shower for a wék or 2 at a time and passed away there and was refused medical attention then 3 days later she died so I wouldnt recommend anyone put a loved one there

I was really impressed by this facility; I met with the administration and nursing and felt very comfortable with their plan for my mother's care. They took me on a tour of the facility, and it was clean, and the residents were well taken care of. I have taken a tour of many facilities and this will be where we go when the time comes.

I absolutely Love Fountainbleu Nursing Center and All of the Workers.The place was amazing seeing the staffs interaction with the residents and making them laugh it was so heartwarming. This Nursing home is by far the best I've seen with keeping you informed about any an everything going on.

Fountainbleau Nursing Center has been my go to place for my aging family member. The facility is always clean and does not have a bad urine smell when you walk inside like the other facilities I have looked at. The staff has always been courteous and helpful anytime I have needed anything or my family members who have needed assistance. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is looking.

Glad I found this place couldn't ask for better place.The office workers are there to help you and they did right away.The workers were great people always taking care of the residents never had a problem with them any time I ask for something they were always there They were always entertaining the residents the younger workers would sing to them Thank you guys so much for taking care of my brother your a good group of people...and the place is clean ......

I have worked for Fountainbleau Nursing Center for four years. I started in Dietary and was given the opportunity to become a CNA through the classes provided here. I can now PROUDLY say that I work with the amazing therapy department as the Restorative Aide. Fountainbleau Nursing Center gives many opportunities of growth within the company. When COVID-19 hit our team came together in a tremendous way. Through many hard working hours, sweat (with all the PPE) and tears from the sorrow and loss that it caused, we flourished as a team. We were there for our residents when their families could not be and for each other. I could not be more proud to call myself a part of the Fountainbleau Nursing Center family. The Fountainbleau team truly is dedicated to the residents and their staff before anything!

The facility is clean and the staff members are wonderful. The owners, the staff, and management are invested in providing the best quality of care to their residents. The residents were smiling and enjoying a group activity during my last visit and every employee I encountered greeted me with a warm welcome.

The CNA's very much care for the residents and provide excellent care. The issue is not care in this facility the issue is the administrator has no idea how to manage depts he knows nothing about or people his social and communication skills are definitely below par. If he did not run this facility it would be a # 1 rated facility. The aides are amazing and again give excellent care to residents. The administrator is a problem .
