This community is clean, bright and very welcoming. The remodle has been completed and the colors are just stunning. The new chapel and theater are a great addition. The new space for the activity room and bistro are beautiful. The residents are happy, engaged and smiling.

While waiting to meet with someone there I noticed how clean the facility looked and how happy the residents were. The lady in the front office greeted everyone that came in. She seemed like she enjoyed her job a lot . Which you sometimes don’t see too often these days. When I called a few days later she still had that same happy energy when she spoke.

Memory Care at Autumn View Gardens is EXCEPTIONAL. They are EARTH ANGELS. My Mother in Law (who is an Angel, herself, now) was loved and pampered by the Entire Staff, day and night. For Months we watched how Kind, Friendly and Involved the Entire Staff throughout the Community is on a daily basis. It's the perfect size community, where Everyone gets special attention and is called by name from the minute you walk in the door. Residents AND Family. Thank You to the Entire Staff who helped us through Mom's first to last Days with Skilled Care and Concern - WAY TOO MANY to name. each one. The Family is Forever Grateful to ALL of You. Special Thanks (but NOT Inclusive) goes to Natalie, Kelly, Lisa, Cassandra and Kindred Hospice. It is Important to Note that Bailey DeVore, as the Executive Director, at AVG sets an Example with her an Energy, Compassion and Attention that All Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities Should Envy.

Had a great meeting with Heidi. She was very personable, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We were looking for a place for our mom. Everyone was very welcoming and courteous. We met the chef and some members of the dining room staff. Everyone seemed to take pride in their work and their facility. We also had a chance to meet some of the residents. They seemed very happy there and were looking forward to our mom joining their Bridge club. We were very impressed with Heidi, especially her follow through. She is a great ambassador for Autumn View.

Its an incredibly difficult decision to find a facility for a loved one. I wanted the place to feel like family and home - not an institution. Not being able to tour facilities in person during the pandemic made it even more difficult. Then I had a FaceTime conversation with Tammy the Marketing Director. As she took her phone and walked through the hallways to give me a tour, she greeted all the residents by name and they all came up to give her a hug. It was obvious that she cared about them. They were all smiling, waving to me and seemed happy. I also saw Shawn, the dancing receptionist, who was having fun with the residents. Shawn is a ray of sunshine! My mother has lived there for seven months now and the staff has been very responsive and helpful. Most importantly, my mom is happy there and that is a huge relief to me and my family.

When you meet this Team of Caregivers you will discover they are the most loving and caring staff you will ever find. When I walked through the building there was one staff member giving hugs to everyone. The Chaplain was visiting and meeting with the residents. I like that1

Autumn View Gardens is a terrific facility and one Id recommend to anyone with a loved one that needs a little extra help. The staff made my dad feel right at home from day one and you can tell that they genuinely care about the residents. Id give them more than 5 stars if I could. Fantastic experience!

Autumn View Gardens truly cares about the well being of their residents. The second you walk in the door you are greeted and welcomed by the friendliest staff. The director of sales and marketing, Tammy Bumgarner, has done such an amazing job putting all my familys questions and worries at ease. We were concerned about moving my dad across state lines and finding him a community that fits, but Tammy made it so seamless. She went above and beyond during the COVID-19 shut down to help move my dad into the community and get him adjusted all within the rules and regulations of the CDC. My dad has now lived there 4 months, he seems extremely happy, and I dont have to worry about him one bit! The staff is extremely helpful, welcoming, and friendly. They truly make you feel like family.

Everyone is so kind and caring. When I was searching for an assisted living facility for my brother it was very depressing. Everything was so expensive or if it was in his price range it wasnt somewhere that I would want him to be. Then I received a phone call from Autumn View as they had seen I was looking for a facility. Once I visited the facility and talked to Tammy I was sold. This place is a godsend. Everyone is so nice and kind. With the amenities that are provided it worked out great for my brother. His accommodations are perfect. It is so nice to know that hes being cared for in such a wonderful facility. Until you have visited some of these facilities and have the responsibility to choose a place for your loved one to live you will never know how difficult a decision it is. Tammy made it so comfortable for me. I cant say enough nice things.

While we have opted to keep mom at home as long as possible, this is the first place Ill turn to if her situation changes. Tammy was amazing at answering the many questions of our family,and was beyond helpful with her experience and knowledge of this industry. It is apparent that there is a genuine concern for the residents in their care.

We have visited six assisted living communities in the area. This was the only one where we felt truly welcome from the moment we walked in the door. Front desk lady was wonderful and friendly. Tammy who we met with to get information on the place was friendly and very helpful. We were so disappointed that they were not able to take our father because of the kind of catheter he had. Very unfortunate! Would highly recommend people put this place on their list to look at if the need a place for the loved one.

Our mom has Alzheimer's & severe brain damage at a young 69. We took her here as she needed assistance. Autumn view was awesome to my mom & us! Supportive, attentive, & so very caring! She felt somewhat normal & grew great relations w/ staff & residence. Facility very family friendly & our boys loved to visit. Mom recently had to move to a nursing home, but we will forever be grateful to this place!

I wasn't happy sending Dad to a facility but this place changed me. The staff is helpful and informative when needed! The rooms and over all place is clean and orderly! My Dad loves the food and mixing it up with the staff!

Autumn View Gardens is very warm and welcoming. My mom is there right now. It has a family feel, like the residents are part of their family, and they make you feel very welcome and comfortable. There are a lot of residents out that are very easy to talk to and speak highly of the place. My mom says the food is OK. The staff is very friendly, nice, happy, and helpful. They are attentive to what needs to be done. They're going out of the their way to try and make her feel welcome and be a part of the place. My mom invited us all for dinner the day we moved her in, and they put two tables together and served us turkey sandwiches and chips and lemonade.

My father currently lives at Autumn View Gardens. I've appreciated many things about this facility, including the immediate responsiveness and care they have shown when on two separate occasions he became ill. Within the hour of him reporting his illness, they had arranged for mobile diagnostic lab visits and even a mobile chest X-ray for him! This is exactly the reason why we urged him to move to an assisted living facility in the first place. So that he could get the help he needs, in a timely fashion. My siblings and I feel blessed that our dad is here.

Autumn View Gardens is a smaller community. It has a nice activity list. They accommodate doctor's appointments and some rides to the area. It is across the street from a church. Their dining area is restaurant style.

My mom went to Autumn View Gardens for five days. It's a new facility, just about eight years. The thing I like about this facility are the hallways; they are wide. The place was certainly brighter because they had bigger windows. The decor is updated. The staff were very nice and very helpful. They were very attentive to all of her needs. She enjoyed her time there. She said the food was good. The rooms were very nice, very new, and updated. It's a very nice facility.

Autumn View was the perfect match for my parents...big enough to have all the needed services (like physical therapy and activities) but small enough to be easy to navigate and have a very personal feel and touch. Staff is friendly, leadership is effective. When my dad passed, there was a loving community to support my mom. As her abilities decline, there are friends, neighbors, and staff to help her get the most out of her day to day life. We are at 3+ years of very good experience and running...I highly recommend.

Before I visited this facility to see my grandpa I had a preconceived notion about how it would be. I thought all retirement homes would be disgusting,boring, and lifeless. Well this wasn't the case for my grandfather. To my surprise it was actually pretty clean,it wasn't gross as I had imagined in fact Autumn View Gardens seemed pretty much like a high end hotel. It was so nice and vibrant that I wanted to stay. The staff were always available, I must say that one of the amenities they have is onsite physical therapy which was an extreme plus for my grandpa. I honestly felt this was the best place that he could possibly spend his last days. The few months I visited him,he never had a complaint...well one, he always complained that they were too helpful,whatever that means. I thought I would never trust a retirement home after hearing so many horrible stories about them from friends,but quite frankly I don't have any complaints, Autumn View Gardens was amazing.
