From the sales staff ([name removed]) prior to move-in, to the day that my mother left two months later, it was nothing but lies. Food sucks and is not served as promised with a two plate presentation. Care is spotty at best. Even with industry-wide difficulties, there is no excuse for some of the occurrences I've witnessed. Just know going in that they will tell you what they think you want to hear. If you are a "drop and go" type and want to pay your money and forget about it, then you are their ideal candidate. God help your loved one if you don't go to check in FREQUENTLY. If you are one who checks in, you will be performing a part-time job to go and instruct people on how to do their jobs. Their phone system supposedly has some problem that apparently prevented the staff from reaching me. It took them weeks before someone sent an email to let me know they were even trying to reach me by phone. Likely story ... it sounded more like an excuse to say "We tried but couldn't reach you." I would not call this a plan for living. This place has a plan for dying. And they will be rude and obnoxious along the way ([name removed]). AVOID this place, it's not what they want you believe. Oh, and despite this website listing Special Diets I was told point blank :"We don't do special diets." So good luck with that! Some of the food that I've seen served was inedible anyway. Very disappointing.

Mom has been there for several months now. They have activities she enjoys and food she actually likes. The staff is friendly and helpful and has been easy to work with for medical needs. If you are looking for an assisted living facility for your loved one, I am comfortable recommending this one.

The Arbors at Bluff Creek Terrace and The Neighborhoods have been great with my mom. She'd been at The Neighborhoods for rehab following spine surgery and a stroke (two different years) and the staff were great. We decided that when mom needed more support at home long-term that Bluff Creek Terrace and The Neighborhoods would be our choice. The Administrator spent alot of time on the phone explaining everything to us. The Elder Care Coordinator did the same. The Nursing Supervisor, Activities Coordinator and all of the staff at The Arbors have been great helping mom adjust and feel included. I highly recommended The Arbors at Bluff Creek Terrace and The Neighborhoods to anyone looking for rehabilitation or long-term care for a loved one.

I like the care that my wife is getting here as she does need more of a skilled nursing type of care now. They are very well staffed and they are very attentive to my wife needs. They help her with her daily care, they help with her meals. They communicate with me well and I would definitely recommend them to friends and famiy.

I did not go on the tour of this community. I did get to talk to the lady that was here. She told us everything that we needed to know about the community. They did not provide the services that my mom needed.

I am a formal employee of bluff creek/arbors.. I would still be there if I didn't move. I absolutely loved working there. The residents were great and made employees feel like family. Michelle holly and Pam were always great to me. I was proud to be named caregiver of the year. The atomosphere feels like a home not a nursing home.. I truly miss all my residents and bosses and employees
