Weve told a lot of friends about Mason Pointe and how it is like a nice resort or a cruise ship that never docks. The thing that makes it so wonderful is the staff. They are so supportive of the residents and one another. Its a true team - not one person saying do this or do that but everyone helps each other out to get the job done. The people are real - weve yet to meet any pretenders and that is very important to us. The food is wonderful and there is so much to do. There are two restaurants and a pub area with a full service bar and game room. We have Taco Tuesdays, Friday ice cream socials, movies every afternoon and trips to the winery just to name a few. You can stay busy all day every day if you so choose or you can stay home and do nothing. There is a wonderful fitness center and pool available with many fitness classes from which to choose. Its comforting to know that as our health declines we can move from Mason Pointe independent living to assisted living to long term care and never have to leave the campus. Each floor of the facility has a common area for meeting, greeting, reading and social interaction with other residents and staff including an all day coffee bar. Come join us!

We find a nice variety of people here who get along very well with each other. The staff is marvelous- they are very friendly, accommodating and get the job done. We find the activities are fantastic here.

Mason Pointe is a wonderful place to live. It is a bright, new, cheerful atmosphere with wonderful surroundings and staff. I have wonderful, friendly neighbors and I think I have laughed more since we moved in than before. Lots to do or not! Great food, no cooking! Less stress living.

What a wonderful place to live! The entire staff have been SUPER - kind, helpful, thoughtful, and always happy. The facility is gorgeous with many varied activities. Food is the best and always so beautifully presented. My husband says its just like living on a cruise ship without water. Cant beat that.

After 3 long years of waiting, Mason Pointe was finally finished and I moved in Nov. 24, 2020. It is everything I hoped for and more. I feel like I am on permanent vacation. The activity calendar is full and the food is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I am thankful to be here.

Mason Pointe is our next home. We have been living in Florida for years and we are ready to spend the best part of our life at Mason Pointe. After a life threatening battle with COVID, my elderly aunt was transferred from Mercy to Mason Pointe. We had been told by the hospital that this would probably be an end of life scenario and were prepared for such. Upon admission Drew, the Executive Director and Kathleen, the Care Center Administrator told us to give them a chance to see what they could do with her. Day by day, week by week, with their superior care and excellent rehab she started to make improvements. I totally credit Mason Pointe with her recovery. Im so grateful to everyone at Mason Pointe. They are all amazing! She has now been discharged and comments regularly on how delicious the food was while she was there. Mason Pointe has an incredible team of very talented individuals and I will not hesitate to use them again and I recommend them to everyone. Thank you Drew and Kathleen and please extend my appreciation to all the staff.

I love this place. I have so many people to thank for my wonderful experience. Maintenance has been so helpful with helping me get everything where I wanted it to be in my home. The staff is so attentive when you call for help. Destiny and barb are also so accommodating with everything that I have needed from answering any questions about the facility to helping me get from place to place in the building. I hope you appreciate them as much as I do.

My mom moved in to Mason Pointe Assisted Living about a month ago. She is still working to adjust and the staff have been so compassionate and caring. She really wanted to move in but also really misses her house and family. The staff in Assisted Living have been nothing short of amazing! The nurses, administrators and support staff have all been so supportive, caring and patient with my mom and my family! Thank you all so much for your support while we help my mom get adjusted to her new surroundings!

My mother has been staying at Mason Pointe for several years now. The experience for her and the family has been very good. The professionalism and truly concerned care have been exemplary. It was not an easy decision for all of us, but the staff and the administration made every effort to make it easier for us and especially for my mother. She has developed real bonds with the front-line staff which is critical for her physical and certainly her mental well-being. We are all truly grateful. Without hesitation I would recommend Mason Pointe.

Once I made the decision to move to the St. Louis area, I visited several senior living sites. I was immediately attracted to Mason Pointe, or rather what would be Mason Pointe, once it was built. I was quite impressed with your presentation, the options available for apartments, the quality of all of the available selections for what would be future homes, and the kindness and time that the staff gave me during the process. And to think, the whole presentation was made without a sample apartment to see. I was amazed and excited! Once I actually moved in, I was so pleased with my choices: the size of the rooms and closets, the beautiful appliances, the underground parking, and the spacious and comfortable restaurant and public areas. Once I was able to unpack everything, and find a new home for my furniture, I was so pleased with my selections of all the things I had picked out from my original meeting with Kelli. The whole process was handled seamlessly by everyone with no pressure to hurry and decide. Now that I have been in my new home for about four and a half months, I have become familiar with the building, the food outlets, the exercise facilities, and the wonderful can do spirit of the staff. I can truly say that I am so happy I chose to spend this phase of my life here at Mason Pointe, where I feel happy, comfortable, and safe. Its still a mystery to me how the staff seems to know the names of all the residents who live here, but that one thing makes Mason Pointe a very special place to live. How impressive! And how welcoming that is to those of us who now call Mason Pointe HOME.

I cannot say enough good things about Mason Pointe. They took excellent care of my mother-in-law during her recent rehab stay. All of the staff were so caring and friendly. They loved her like their own!! They were so helpful to my husband and I as we looked for places and resources for assisted living after her discharge. The facility is warm and homey. Its clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Mason Pointe!!

I recently moved my family member into Mason Pointe and the experience has been absolutely amazing! From my initial conversation with Kathleen, to the very in-depth preadmission assessment by Janae to the ongoing nursing oversight by George M; we have been blown away at every turn. Led by her new physician, Dr. Itzy, the care has been thorough, compassionate and of the highest quality. The staff are all responsive, warm and friendly. The food is delicious and the community is impeccably clean. They offer an array of recreational opportunities and she has met some new friends. Even the Executive Director, Drew, has made it a point to stop by and see how things are going. Mason Pointe has exceeded our expectations! This excellent community has taken what wouldve been a very traumatic event and made it into a pleasurable transition. I cannot thank them enough.

I have been so happy with Mason Point, Lutheran Senior Services. My aunt was staying at a different assisted living facility, in which neither she nor I were happy. It was so hard leaving her at the facility after every visit. Therefore, I began a pursuit in finding another home for her. I checked out many Assisted Living facilities in our area, but we landed at Mason Pointe, and have NEVER LOOKED BACK! They have bent over backwards to accommodate our transition, to make my aunt and I feel welcomed and get her room set up. My aunt has never been happier since leaving her home. Now I enjoy visiting her, and feel very comfortable leaving her in good hands. Thank You Mason Pointe for your excellent care and services. You were the BEST choice for us.

My grandmother spent 3 weeks at Mason Pointe for short stay Rehab due to a fractured back. Although she was not thrilled about staying somewhere outside of her home for rehab, the staff members at Mason Pointe made her stay comfortable and effective. A day or two after getting settled in, her rehab began and the therapists were very patient in helping her. The Executive Director, Drew Redman, also made the effort to stop by her room and speak with her, making sure she had everything she needed and answered any questions we all had. Mason Pointe also has daily activities she could attend. Between the activities, friends and family being able to visit with her, the great bedside manner from employees, it all made her stay more comfortable and reassuring. I would recommend Mason Pointe to anyone that could use their services!

I am glad I am here at Mason Pointe. Started off in the rehab at Mason Pointe and it was the best out of any other rehab. Now I am glad to be living In the assisted living at Mason Pointe. I receive excellent care and the food is good.

Our daughter had to stay overnight after having surgery and when we ask about motels Bobby and Suzanne offered to put us in a room across the hall from our daughter and made beds for us to sleep in and provided our meals and anything we needed,Bobby was there to help all 3 of us and ,when we went to our vehicle the next morning the battery was dead and the nurse Chana offered to charge it for us.Bobby,Suzanne and Chana all went above and beyond their duties to help us and took such great care of our daughter that we knew this was a very special place that has such kind employees that have a heart of gold.Thank you all for everything you do at Mason Pointe. Our family faced a challenging health event involving my 91 year old mother. We wound up at the Mason Pointe skilled nursing center for rehab care and could not have been more pleased with the professionalism, talent, support and loving attention mom received. We then moved mom into the assisted living memory care unit and have had the same great experience with the people and facilities. The premises are spotless and the environment warm, responsive and caring. I would recommend Mason Pointe highly for all children considering a continuum of care setting for their parents or loved ones. Keep up the great work and THANK YOU.

My Dad has been at Mason Pointe for 11 months and we are pleased with the care that he receives. The nurses, the nurses aides, and the therapists are excellent. The sales team have also helped us with our questions. The facility is clean and very nice.

My father stayed here after a bad fall. The nurses were great and therapy was awesome getting him back to being able to go home. They were slightly understaffed so the wait to see an aide took longer but they were nice.

Even though I was at Mason Pointe for rehab after hip replacement surgery, my stay was very enjoyable. The care was great, nurses and aides friendly and always had a smile, food was good and I enjoyed eating in the dining room with others who were there for rehab. Therapy was the best. A great group of people who work together to get you back up and going so you can go home feeling confident that you will soon be back to you usual self. Thank You
