All of the staff (administrative, medical, activities, chef and food, care providers- everyone) are all truly caring individuals who I have seen put residents first in easy and difficult situations. My step-mother loves the people, the food and the facility. She brags to me and her friends about how nice it is and how clean and well-run everything is. Her dog lived with her for a year before he passed and that helped her tremendously with the transition into assisted living. While she chooses not to participate in most activities, there are events and options to include EVERYONE. We enjoyed sitting and listening to live music after dinner. They celebrate holidays in a fun way too, making sure that everyone is included and has a sense of belonging whether their family is there or not. I am out of state and I have peace of mind knowing that the staff cares and keeps me posted of changes or concerns as her dementia and health conditions progress with age.

The staff at the Bungalows have been nothing short of wonderful!! While moving in my grandmother they went the extra mile while helping us admit her and getting her settled. We go and visit quite often and they are always so welcoming. All of their common areas are always clean and newly renovated. All of the other residents are happy when we are there, and they have so many great activities that go on. In what can be a difficult process for some families, they made it easy!

Mom was a resident at The Bungalows for over two years. The staff is very caring and always took wonderful care of her. If there were ever any concerns or questions I could call 24/7 and talk to someone. Had it not been for Health issues Mom would still be there. There is not enough good to say about the care mom received. I can say from the heart they all loved my mom and hated to see her go. Victoria has activities for the residence to participate in all day. Ashlie will take them to doctor appointments, therapy and even, Hair appointments. In short, the staff will treat your family member just like one of their own.

The Bungalows is a lovely place, they are remodeling and the new look is really nice. The rooms are big with huge closets, and the residents seem very happy doing all of the fun activities. The employees all seem to truly love their jobs, which is important. When the time is right for our family, we will be back to rent one of their Studios because that space would be perfect for our Mom.

I recently had opportunity to observe the staff working with their residents, and this is what I saw. I saw friendly and approachable staff that listened and treated the residents with dignity and respect. One resident asked to have her finger nails shaped, and the staff member took time to take care of this lady's needs immediately. I also saw a person leading a group of residents in brain teasers. She was patient and took time to explain more about the answers. By the way, the residents thoroughly enjoyed the activity. Thank you for doing an amazing job at the Bungalows at Branson Meadows!

I was at the community for a couple of the community events like the blood drive and the craft fair. The building always looks really nice and the staff are always friendly.

I just don’t know if I can express the gratitude my family and I have for The Bungalows, Phoenix Senior Living, and the team at Branson Meadows. From the moment my brothers and I interacted with Tinnia Burdine as a lead coordinator and all of the staff there, I found them to be extraordinarily welcoming, accommodating, helpful, and just an amazing resource. I took my mother to meet Tinnia and the team and she immediately treated us like family. Due to a number of circumstances, we needed to make a decision quickly and move on it fast. My mother saw the facility and said I love this placeI’m ready! We all jumped into action and, thanks to a great reference to a terrific moving company (Liberty Moving out of Springfield), we were able to move my mother into The Bungalows just two days later. She has only been there for 4 days, but she is truly excited about her new home/life, and has already provided glowing comments about the staff, her apartment, having all her meals made, the activities she wants to participate in, etc. When we started down this path just days ago, I never would have thought we could have gotten my mother settled into her new home in such a short period of time. She recently celebrated her 80th birthday, and I believe that the move to The Bungalows will add years to her life. My family and I are eternally grateful for The Bungalows, the team there, and all those who helped make this happen!

Morningside is great! The building is well kept, it's in a great location, and the staff is very kind. I've been really impressed with Tricia Smith. She is always up beat, kind, and is very knowledgeable. It is clear that she is always trying to think of ways to serve her residents and their families better.

I went to The Morningside of Branson. When you walk in the facility, it just feels like home. This is a small place where your parents/ grandparents will receive personal care(Not one person doesn't know my grandmothers name). I feel large nursing homes have too many people and your parent will just be another number. This place provides affordable quality care. The staff is beyond wonderful. The food is very good. I really enjoy all the activities they have for my grandmother to enjoy ( Shopping, music, games and lots of other special events). I just can't say enough good things about this place. This place has been a answer to prayer.

I have recently moved in as I was living alone and decided I needed to be somewhere that could provide help if I needed it. I have found the staff to be very caring, friendly and patient with my needs. I feel relieved to be here as I know if I need help that it is available. The food is quite good and the kitchen staff has accommodated my needs as I'm Gluten free. They provide limited medical care which is very nice. I'm enjoying the church services and the bible study groups. We also have fun entertainment here featuring some of our local artists. There is always something to do!!

SHE IS A VERY LUCKY LADY TO HAVE THE AMOUNT OF CARE YOUR FACILITY GIVES, IT IS VERY CARING AND CONCERNED IN ALL OF HER NEEDS. SHE DOES HAVE A LOT OF AREAS SHE NEEDS ASSISTANTS IN. SHE IS VERY COMPLMENTARY OF THE STAFF AND THE FAST RESPONSE SHE RECIEVES. It was a beautiful day. We all gathered in the garden for fun and games at our County Fair. The most popular game was the dunk tank. Several of the staff volunteered to get dunked, including Mike with his beard, John the fix it man and Alisha our house keeper. After that everybody tried to put the frog in a box and shoot the dolls with nerf bullets. Others tried the other games. Everyone got stuffed animals for their efforts. The best thing was the funnel cakes and the lemon-aid. The we all went to our rooms and took a nap.

Morningside of Branson Meadows is one of the nicest facilities I have seen in the 15 years I have been working in long-term care facilities. So many of their residents are very active and have built very close relationships with each other and the Morningside staff. I would highly recommend Morningside to anyone considering a change for an aging loved one who may be unsafe in their home or just getting lonely.

Today we had the Morningside Country Fair. My daughter-in-law and the granddaughters joined me for the fun in one of our courtyards. We cleaned house.. the girls won a bunch of stuffed animals , and a Cowboy hat for me. We had funnel cakes, cotton candy, and lots of games. They had a dunk tank and we all had fun dunking people who work here. Living here is so much fun.
