My husband is at SJM. Not even there 24 hours and 99% of his clothes are missing. Another resident had on his shoes, I tell the aide....."We'll get them". That was it. She didn't even attempt to get my husband's shoes off the other guy.

I have worked here for three years. We have made a lot of changes, from remodeling to staffing. It is a family environment. From a management position, we handle all problems that are actually brought to our attention. I have had several personal friends and family members here as residents as well, and I can say from a family member perspective that making everyone feel comfortable in their stay is a priority. The social service department goes above and beyond to do things for residents to make each one feel heard and make their stay as enjoyable as possible.

Told everyone. My sinks been leaking since I moved to this room. "Oh we fixed that" no you didn't it's still leaking but finally brought a new one.... still haven't gotten my room fixed like I want it arrange but still been over a week & nothing... takes forever to get anything done...& most staff are great & others. Wow when I used to be a CNA we never told any of our higher ups off or cuss like a crazy person, quits & comes back to work again doing the same as before n about a month or so...Love my big spacious room by myself. Lived the life of a roommate for 3+ yrs. Didn't care much for that but I'm loving my room by myself! Thanks janic

I have visited this community on several occasions for friends and family who were there. It was clean and didn't smell like a nursing home. They were serving supper and the food looked and smelled appetizing. The place looked clean. I saw various staff and residents who were discussing their food selections and they seemed content. Staff was dressed in clean uniforms, and they smiled at me. People who like their job are friendly and this group was just that. This is what one seeks in placing a parent or family member into a community. Managment really seems to care about the residents and their staff.

St joe has done a lot of updates to the facility. They have re done the lobby and it looks amazing. They are continuing it though the building. They have a quality, hard working crew.

The pay is decent, but the coworkers have no respect for residents, my first day of orientation the employees were vaping in front of residents taking food off trays and drinking stuff off the drink cart and putting it back. Not clean or sanitary. Would not recommend!

It is a amazing place I have a aunt and uncle there at they really seem to enjoy it they have done amazing working with them were they can spend time together counting one is skilled and one is in the altimeters unit the ADON and management has gone above to be sure that they can and all the employees work as a family working together I highly recommend St.j

My sweet Aunt lives at St Joe Manor and I enjoy going to see her there. The facility is beautiful, and I have had meals with her there and the food was amazing. She is so happy there and the staff are so wonderful and caring to her and all the residents. I felt so bad that I wasn't able to care for her at home, I tried but was unable too. I can go to sleep at night with a clear conscience, because I know she is where she needs to be and she is happy and very well taken care of. I highly recommend this facility!

I don't have any complaints. Workers are very nice and do an excellent job taking care of the residents and everyone seems like a family, always working together.
