Cedarhurst is amazing! The staff and administration couldn't be more helpful, loving, compassionate, and genuine. Moving my father in law has been wonderful and enjoyable. We are up to see him daily, at various times of the day and evening, even into the late evening, just to be sure everything is as it appears. We have never had a time when the facility was anything but "just like home". We have seen residents at their worst, but staff always remains calm and loving with each and every one of the residents. The place is clean, really clean, no foul smells. Meals are so very inviting. I could go on and on. It is definitely a family community. Many of the families have grown close enough to sit and visit and even exchange phone numbers and share stories and even remind one another that though this is a difficult part of life, we are all doing our best and have each other to lean on. I would have to offer up my complete confidence in our choice of apartments to place our loved one at. Seeing is believing, go take a tour!!! You sure wont be sorry!!!!

Any time I come to visit my aunt, this facility is always clean, peaceful, and welcoming. The staff is super kind to me as a visitor, but also take excellent care of my aunt. I know she is in good hands at Cedarhurst! She feels right at home and loves the events the staff put together, like a 90s theme party. I'd recommend Arnold Cedarhurst to anyone!!

Cedarhurst in Arnold has been a great experience for my mom who is in assisted living. A couple of weeks ago there was thought to be a small fire in one of the laundry rooms. I happened to be there, and witnessed these folks calmly, bravely, quickly and in an organized manner get everyone out. They not only had to get everyone out, but they had to get people down from the 2nd floor without the elevator. Cedarhurst in Arnold also provides Memory Care. They did an amazing job getting those folks out as well. As this is all going on, numerous fire trucks started to arrive, and while making sure everyone was getting out and accounted for, the Director was also working with the firefighters to provide them with information and direction. My mom overheard a firefighter say they were very impressed with the evacuation. I am so grateful to everyone there. When you have a parent in assisted living, you put a lot of trust in the people taking care of your parent. What I saw that day (and everyday), reassures me she is in good hands.

I am currently a resident at Cedarhurst in Arnold. I've lived here two years and have no regrets. I fully enjoy living here and it is a beautiful place to be. The staff and residents are very helpful, friendly, and caring. It is so nice to get out of my apartment and enjoy activities with the Life Enrichment Team! I would recommend this community to anyone!! I love it here!!

David and I have lived at Cedarhurst in Arnold, Mo. since we got married 16 months ago. We have seen some changes in staffing during this time and thought to the former staff members were fine but are also more than pleased with the current ones. From the Administrators, Medical, Activities, , Aides, Dining, all levels, custodial, and maintainance, every one is friendly, professional, helpful, and kind. Our experiences in times of stress, ie power outage last you, and some Covid, the staff knocked themselves out in making sure all of the residents were safe and comfortable. Every day there are numerous activities planned, delicious meals with many options three times per day. David has had nothing but the best experiences with the physical and occupational Therapists. We highly recommend Cedarhurst of Arnold, Mo. to anyone who will listen. David & Karen (Naeger) Venable # 237 BTW, we really love our balcony!—

It's a place that has persevered the past couple years. But has also been a awesome facility outside of Covid as well. When faced with challenges where other nursing homes often fail, Cedarhurst maintained greatness! Highly recommended!

My grandparents moved in here a few months ago. While so many promises were made prior to move in, there has been absolutely no follow-through on most of this. The quality of the food is poor, some of the staff are not friendly, and cleaning is not done on a regular basis as promised. Just a heads-up to anyone looking for a quality place for their aging family members—I have seen nothing to convince me that Cedarhurst is that place. I know staffing around the country is a challenge now, I know COVID is still confusing to navigate...but the prices you are asking these folks to pay is just absurd for the level of service provided.

Cedarhurst of Arnold is beautiful!! But what sets this place apart from anywhere else is the amazing staff. Everyone that works here is dedicated to the residents that live here. The staff is always smiling and willing to help each other out.
