I don't live here but I am here often enough to hear about the residents' concerns and experiences and would like everyone to know to make sure that while the apartments are adequate in size, to keep in contact with the office if repairs are needed.

Old windows. Drafts. Lots of yard but very poorly landscaped. Some friendly people there some not so friendly.

Have a few friends that live here. Elevator and halls smell like urine and cigarettes. Pain to enter as door always locked. Apartments are ok. A bit dated. Very small kitchens. Decent size bedrooms. Carpet is that hallway industrial type stuff. Windows are paper thin.

I have friends who live here but have heard complaints c/ managers not doing what they are supposed to be doing for the tenants. Hopefully things will improve.
