Facility appeared clean staff helpful. My family member was happy to see me we had visit 11 8 and 11 9 and meet with his social worker and feel better about his final wishes.

Don't know anything about the nursing home/rehab facility at this location but I had to go to IdentoGo to get my fingerprints done. The lady was great and it was such an easy process!

In todays world if there is a skilled nursing facility without a waiting list, ask yourself why, and do some research. My mom was being discharged from the hospital and needed to go to a skilled nursing facility, Fair Oaks Lodge was the only facility within a 100 mile radius that had openings. My moms total stay was 8 days, it was awful!!! 1. Call lights would ring for upwards of 20 minutes before being answered 2. They did not reposition or off load the patient 3. Water cups were not filled/refreshed more than once a day 4. Did not give baths on a weekly basis, forgot to put my mom on the bath schedule. 5. Dirty clothes were left in the room and patient was put back into dirty clothes. 6. When dealing with an emergency situation we were told we called in to many times and took the nurse away from her other patients when they should have been assisting getting my mom an ambulance and to the hospital emergency room. 7. The majority of their staff are from an agency, Fair Oaks Lodge provides on sight lodging, they come and work for about 2 months and then move to another job/nursing home assignment. They are of another nationality, their English is hard to understand, and they lack compassion.

They are always looking for new ways to put a smile on their residents faces and you can feel it when you visit this facility. The staff here are like family and you can tell they are passionate about the care they provide.

My father went to Fair Oaks Lodge for a short term rehab stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and showed they truly cared for the residents. I would highly recommend this facility to others. Thank you Fair Oaks Lodge for getting him back on his feet!

My mother spent her final days here. The staff was so kind and caring. While the facility may be old, the care was wonderful and that was all we wanted for mom!

I really appreciate the staff. All facilities ebb and flow, and I feel like FOL is making improvements onve again in resident care. I have had four loved ones live here and numerous other aquantences have come through the doors. I always want to provide the best care for each one.
