I have been living here since 2012. The management has improved with a serious force tackle issues left and right. They even transfer my family and I do a large unit with no stairs to better assist my son bound to his wheelchair. I wish they offered four bedroom apartments or at least 2 baths. Very conveniently located to schools and two outstanding recreationally centers not to mention Battle Creek Park!

Its okay. It got better. But theres still a cockroach problem but they are slowly going away. Ive seen one mouse but barely see them. The place is getting better but it slow improvement tho.

Positive: Responsiveness, Value I lived there for over a year and recieved extremely friendly service and understanding responses to my needs. There are a lot of families which helps it feel safe, but in general I had very few issues with sound from neighbors at inappropriate hours. If I wasnt moving in with my fiance I wouldnt have moved out.

conducive place to live. My mother,my four siblings and I lived there for 2yrs. It was super great. It is less cheaper for the rent compare to the few apartments I know. No noise. Most of the renters I have met are very friendly. But best of all the manager and assistant manager are super nice, very understanding care about their clients concern and fix it as soon as they can. There is a bus line and stores near by too. Good luck!!!

cool apartment really love it but the fact is that i smell smoke outside and some people smoking and not a good thing for me tho but its a very cool apartment and i love it but there are to many coackroaches and too many rats coming and which can spread diseases and to many spiders and bugs and i got some Mosquito bites and when i go out the hallway of the apartment smells bad and also to many fire alarms...im kind of annoyed and also cars beeping at night and the heater goes to hot that i sweat alot and get body odor ew..

I have lived at Shamrock Apartments for 5 years. I really love living here. The staff are very considerate, nice. I had a few leaks in my apartment and they came and fixed everything. They Did a great job and I really appreciate iJob.

Tyler took his time to make sure that I had the Apartment I wanted as well as needed. By him being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, . He is quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers I could see myself actually living in a community such as this. It has exactly what I want and that is whatever I need, in walking distance. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.

I have lived here since 2015 and loved it. Management staff was great and helped us out with any requests we needed. The management is the best, I wish they had 4bedroom apartments so we didnt have to move!

I have lived here for a year and renewed my lease again. I love my apartment and its very spacious for me and my son.The staff in the office are very nice, caring and they like to make sure that there tenants are happy. Any time i need anything fix or for them to check something at my apartment they come that day or the next day and get it done. Yes you hear kids running sometimes in the hallway and people talking in the hallway as they are walking by but lets be honest that happens every where you live. Honestly I havent had any problems with rats or anything. i do believe that its on how clean people are. If this place was so bad like some people say then I would of never renew my lease. This is a wonderful home.

Ive been here for almost 4yrs and I love it. The area is beautiful surrounded by forest preserves. Its right on the bus line for easy access to public transportation. There is a strip mall next door for shopping convenience as well as two gas stations. Safe place to live and raise your family. The staff is friendly and polite. The building is clean and and well kept with 24hr maintenance as well. The office manager Tyler is the best, he takes the time to get to know the residents and converses with us often. If you have a problem he takes care of it immediately. I will be renewing my lease again as I am happy here.

I have lived here for a year now and just renewed my leased. I believe overall its a nice neighborhood, lots of nice places to eat and parks as well as walking trails. It could use a few updates here and there but the management is very understanding and usually does well with helping your needs and when rent is due. Havent has the best luck with tenants being noisy above me but usually quits at 10pm. Its kid friendly and tenants are usually pretty nice. Would recommend for a small family.
