I rented a 2 bedroom unit here from 2021-2023. If you have any questions you want answered about my experience, please email me directly The good: -Located right off Phalen Park -Reasonable Prices -good size bedrooms The Bad: -Nowhere near enough parking on site -MOUSE PROBLEM! We caught 6 mice in our time here but witnessed many more. -Windows are wood and old and mold grows on them -Management is on site maybe 2 days a week (and when not on site they keep the event room locked) -No amenities at all -6 cars in the past year had windows smashed in in the parking lot, had to reach out directly to Steven Scott before anything was done about lot security -Had our storage locker broken into in basement -Maintenance had to come back multiple times for same issue because it wasn't fixed correctly -only 1 washer/dryer per fl
