I've been renting a two bedroom, two bath apartment at the Legends since 2015. Overall it's been a good place to live. However my main complaints are increasing rent, uncomfortable bathtub not made for seniors, too many large dogs, too many changes in management-no consistency in rules, carpet in hallways needs to be cleaned/replaced-just vacuuming is not doing it anymore. No place designated for smokers outside the building so they smoke in the parking lot at all times of day or night-loud voices. Our parking lot seems to be a shortcut for drivers where they speed through. No place for packages to be delivered after hours. Tenants are generally friendly, nice and our tenants association sponsors many activities and potlucks.

I'm surprised at just how quiet it is here. its only when people are talking and passing my door in the hallway that here anything from inside my apartment.

So far so good, only has been a few weeks and my belonging don't get here until Monday officially so hopefully it will go well as moves go and I can enjoy my new home.
