I talked to my mom daily. She was with it! Looks great on the outside! My mom told me a lot, and I brought it up to the owners, and family. They need to be investigated, and show credentials to take care of anyone, especially vulnerable people!! I'm sorry for the rest of the people left there!

My mom has lived at September Cottage for about 8 months. Prior to moving there, she lived in a memory care facility. Her life, since moving to September Cottage, has improved immensely! She is loved and cared for 24 hours a day- 7 days a week. Justin and Alana, as well as the entire staff, have taken time to know and understand my mom. My communication with Alana or Justin, is comfortable, helpful, and prompt - a luxury I did not have while my mom was living in the other facility. I go there to visit, not to check - up. I ALWAYS feel welcomed. My mom is living the BEST life possible. I can not say enough positive things about September Cottage Eldercare!!!

When my mother was looking for a home for my grandfather with dementia, Alana was an excellent resource for mom. She is one of the most caring people i know. She has a selflessness that shows in the way she cares for the folks that live there and there families!

My mother spent the last few years of her life at September Cottage. She passed away in January, 2016. Alana, Justin, Josiah, and all the staff were so good to her. She loved them all, and they loved her. This is a wonderful place. Everyone in my family felt that we were very lucky to have found September Cottage. It was the best place we could possibly have found, and we are so grateful for the care they gave to our mother. 5 stars
