Staffing has improved greatly since 2021. Ridgeview is a little less expensive than others in the area. Sometimes shifts don't communicate back to other shifts, but that's to be expected a bit.

It says becoming a resident or employee that I would be treated with respect. Outright lie. I called just before 1 pm today n transferred me n still at 3:30 pm today, no callback. So I called n I talked to some lady n still no call back. At 5:30 pm. I have an uncle that I might ask if he would pay for me to be there. You are so full of shit about respect

I am a proud staff member of RidgeView Place. The staff are kind, courteous, and wear their hearts on their sleeve as they truly care for each individual person they take care of. We offer excellent wellness programs with a wide range of activities to meet everyones needs. You feel the warmth when you walk through their doors. I would fully recommend anyone to stop by and see how your loved one could be part of our community.
