The concierge service is available everyday during business hours which gives us a feeling of safety and an ability to get information. They are very good, the maintenance guys are incredibly helpful as well. The people who work here in food service provide absolutely wonderful food. We have a very "adult" experience and we always have lots of choices. I do not run into this issue often, but those that need help, are assisted by staff/nurses that are knowledgeable and care. This leaves us an ability to be adults again, we are not limited, but feel we are protected. The reason I decided to look at Madonna Towers, is because it is not owned by a private enterprise but rather is a non profit. At our previous community we found out we were being purchased by another company. This means that a good portion of the residents were asked to leave or asked to pay a significant amount more monthly. After these changes were announced several of us left this previous community, due to those reasons. I do miss the people I knew. However I am in an independent, and have a very friendly group of neighbors. They have a good exercise room I can utilize. The people I have met are very kind and very friendly! I'm really having a great time here, and I encourage others to look at a non profit community like this one. At Madonna towers we are encouraged to work with staff, / let staff know of concerns that pop up. So that they can address them.

As you tour this community, you'll be greeted by those city views that will absolutely steal your heart. I promise, I left a little piece of my heart up there in that community room, gazing out at the beauty of Rochester. What truly makes this place shine is the amazing staff. During my tour, I had the pleasure of meeting Shannon, and she's an absolute treasure. She makes you feel like you've been part of the family forever, and that's something money can't buy. And let me tell you about the residents they're like your favorite group of friends you didn't even know you were missing. Worried about fitting in? Don't be. These folks are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. Now, let's talk about self-care. There's this amazing wellness area that's perfect for your mind, body, and soul. Whether you're into yoga, using fitness equipment, or just finding your zen, they've got you covered. And when it comes to activities, the idea of slowing down is only for those that want to! You'll have so much fun with any of the calendared events. If this is your first big move away from home, no worries. Your new neighbors are the best kind friendly, welcoming, and always up for a chat. It's like a cozy little neighborhood, right here in the Towers. I'm privileged to be a resident at Madonna Towers, and have a daughter and son-in-law who reside in the nearby suburbs. He's been on the cardiology staff of Mayo Clinic for 40 years. This year i sold the family residence back in the north hills of Pittsburgh. So I could settle nearer my older daughter. She and her children furnished my room with favorite items from the old place. It is amazing to see things here now that I'd completely forgotten from those decades ago. The current residents here are very welcoming. All activities are well publicized, and truly offer variety.

We have lived here almost two years. Love our apartment also the location. Have a garage for our car plus transportation for other needs. Two chapels for Catholic and Protestant services also a store which carries the basics. Lots of entertainment in the auditorium. A very helpful staff.

Lovely place with sections for rehab, independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing care & memory care all at one location. They've got two chapels. There are also 5 or 6 pianos including a grand piano, all of which mom and I tried out while she was in rehab there a year ago.

Core values may be mostly apparent with patients/ residents, but the way staff are treated is more like, "do what we say or else". If they get the slightest hint you are dissatisfied with your work or looking for another job, they will push you right out the door. Every single weekday of the month I was available to them 24hrs/ day- in an above & beyond way. My kids are my priority on wkends. When I wouldn't budge on my family time, out the door I went. HR Kyle said corporate made the decision for me to cover ev/other wkend- no flex, and they explored all other options such as dept rotation- lies. Now they are down a driver and a Maintenance and they have to fill in by rotation. Not wise. Stressful for others now, not my decision to leave the first job I could say I loved. I would tell everybody. Now, I wouldn't go back unless HR was restaffed. A real loss every way you look at it. Kyle Kyle Kyle- bad for business

I have a good friend who lives there, and I visit weekly to play games with her. We also dine together there, and have for several years. Everyone is always pleasant, and her life there is full.

A good first job. As a CSA, it is a very fast paced job, but the hours are flexible and perfect for high school students. Not a job I'd stay in forever, but still, a great beginning experience.
