My husband and I first moved to an apartment with a bedroom and den. After almost two years, we both needed different care,so he moved into memory care and I downsized to a studio apartment. The staff in memory care were wonderful and my apartment suits me fine, I enjoy not having to cook and wash dishes, although I could in my full ktchen with dishwasher. I love the size of the community. We're like a big family who enjoy each other.

It’s time for a meal, I enter the dining room where the cloth table linens make it feel like I am in a fancy restaurant. Stacy is our executive chef who makes the best soups. My favorite is vegetable beef. when I come down for breakfast Tammy our concierge will bring me my news paper if I forget to pick it up. Every Saturday we have special movies shown in the theater room that Jada our activities director has chosen. My friends and I get unlimited popcorn during the movies. My parents met many great friends in their time here so far. My dad enjoys all the activities! The staff have been awesome and helpful as we went through a difficult time with my mom. Since mom passed, we still never have to worry about our dad as the staff and people at Havenwood are awesome. There are so many activities and he has many friends. We know he is in good hands. We have been impressed with Havenwood of Richfield every time we have visited my mother n law in room 215. The staff has been impressive during our visits as well. I have stayed with my mother-in-law and the staff Has always been very professional and helpful. I have had lunch with my mother-in-law and the food was always good. Havenwood has always been clean.

My mother spent two and a half months in assisted living at Havenwood of Richfield before she had to move to memory care. During that two months she was engaged in activities and all the staff were friendly and knew her name. Facility is kept very clean.

My friend and I were visiting his grandma at Havenwood. We met Tanya (RA), she kind, helpful finding our way in the building ie elevator, bathrooms etc. Tanya was welcoming and made us feel comfortable. My friends grandma spoke highly of too. This was not surprising, I have worked with her in a different Assisted Living and that is who Tanya is. A person who goes above and beyond to her co-workers and residents too.

Havenwood of Richfield has caring professional staff who take care of your loved ones when you can't. The facility is always clean and has a happy atmosphere. There is always something planned at least 5 to 6 days a week for all imterests. And they are open to adding new activities if a resident has other interests that may not be on the calendar. Havenwood of Richfield has been a caring, comfortable, attentive and safe environment for my mother who has lived in her room 2XX for over 3 years. If an issue or question has come up, the management has been very responsive and cummunicates with resolutions. Thank you to all the staff for all that they do.

Very nice place. We had a good tour of the whole place, saw several apartments. I can't remember her name, but the lady that showed us around explained things very well. We liked it immediately and put our name in for an apartment a day later.

I worked with Christine regarding the needs of my mother. Although it was determined that the Richfield facilty did have the complete services required, Amanda continued to provide advice and assistance in my search. I never knew I would be tasked with handling my elderly fathers finances and care. No one ever taught me how to do it and navigating the world of senior care can be really tough. You're making very serious and important decisions for your loved one and it's hard to not always question your choices. Moving my father to Havenwood was a great decision. From the beginning, the office/leasing staff has been informative and trustworthy. My questions and concerns have always been acknowledged and addressed. I always felt like I had a support system as I made my way through all of the options and choices and information. The staff really made the move seamless. The nursing staff is also excellent. I live in another state and the nurses always keep me informed via text/phone/email and they take excellent care of my father, going the extra mile when he was first getting adjusted. I just cannot say enough good things about Havenwood, the people there really make it great there! The building itself is also very nice and the unit my father lives in, although small, is very nice. I highly recommend.
