I absolutely love living here. I read through the lower reviews and dont understand any of them. Rent is not high for what you get. The apartments are extremely well kept, renovated, has a balcony, and there is IN UNIT LAUNDRY! Literally nowhere else around here has full size washer, dryers for this price. The kitchen is huge. The bedroom is huge. Everything about it is so nice. Its pretty much my dream apartment. Ive toured probably every apartment complex in the West-Metro area and the quality at other places is either too nice and too pricy, or not nice enough for the price. I even toured a second round of places for a friend and she ended up living here too because nowhere could compete. Its also very nice and quiet here. Mostly single people or couples from what Ive noticed, but there are some families too. Everyone is very respectful and polite! Pool is a nice amenity but honestly we hardly use it. I personally care more about the quality of the units than amenities because thats where you spend most of your time. Management is great too! Zero complaints about anything. I tell everyone I know to live here.

My family and I moved from FL to MN about 7 months ago. We decided on Plymouth Ponds without ever seeing it in person. Our deciding factor was the office staff and how helpful they were when we inquired about leasing. The office staff continues to be amazing and helpful every time we need something. Rent is reasonable because heat, water, trash, and sewer are all included. Some amenities like gym and park are lacking, but overall its a nice place to live.

Ive been here for nearly 3 years now and this place has impressed me from day 1! The manager, Ardith, is so sweet and shes on a first-name basis with everyone! I cant tell you how impressed I was that she knew my name and remembered it right away. The maintenance staff here is amazing as well! Cory and Joel are the two maintenance workers and they are both so friendly and helpful! They respect your apartment and never leave it looking like a mess after theyre done, and they are always on top of all the maintenance requests, and Ive never had to wait more than a day for any kind of urgent scenario. After our first year here the washer was having issues, so they replaced it with another one they had on site. However, a year later, that one ended up having issues as well! But they took care of us and got us a brand new washer. I feel like Im always taken care of here. Its in such a quiet and safe area, so Im never worried about my car being parked outside. Other reviews are right - you only get one garage spot per apartment, so if you have a roommate, only one of you gets a spot. Thats not ideal, but you do get to add yourself to a waitlist for an extra garage spot. Ive been on the list since I moved in, but Im only #2 on the list yet...but that just shows how long people stay here! Other reviews on here are angry about the lack of amenities (party room, fitness center, playground, etc.), but none of that is hidden from prospective residents. Its made very clear what they dont offer, so its hard to get angry about what they lack AFTER signing the lease. And sure its pricier, but you get a HUGE, beautiful updated kitchen with an exorbitant amount of cabinet and counter space, an amazing master closet, and an in-unit washer, dryer! I dont think people realize how terrible other places are - they can pay the same amount somewhere else and get a whole lot less. The last place I lived cost the same as I pay here, but I had to go down the hall and use the same laundry machines as all the other residents, most of which were broken anyway. I will never give up having in-unit machines again! All in all, I have NOTHING but good things to say about this place! I dont plan on leaving anytime soon. 🙂

Very nice layout and updated! Quiet and safe, which is what i was looking for. BUT very expensive.. with really no amenities besides the pool,dog park, basketball court, and the free wifi that doesnt really work. Too bad I dont have a dog, I have a child with really nothing for him to do there. No party room to throw events, and no playground just a dog park. A nice place to stay but a little expensive for what you get.

I really do love this place!! Ive lived here for three years and love it- truly I do! Its safe, quiet, and private which I love! Great apartment, great staff despite the high turnover rate theyve always hired nice polite leasing specialists!! And they have a dog park! Its just too expensive that is literally THE ONLY reason why Im moving!! Im moving to an apartment $150 dollars cheaper with more amenities because I need to not because I want to

Stayed here only for a short time after moving from out of state while waiting to purchase. It was a decent place to stay for that short time. It is expensive for what you get, but it was quiet and the office staff is very friendly.

They keep raising rent but the management company is trying to save money. The only ammenity that we really have, is the pool. It is very disappointing when they could not get the maintenance and repair done on the pool sooner than in June when it is getting hot out. I am going to look for something else for the amount that I pay. I have found a couple places that have much more to offer for my money. Not happy with Thies and Talle. Do not move here, not worth the amount that you will pay monthly

My wife, Amanda, and I just moved in and we are loving it! Beautiful space with kind, helpful grounds managers! Dont have a dog yet but we are looking forward to getting one and using the awesome dog park. After looking all over the cities and near-by suburbs this was the most impressive space. With all the amenities, the safe neighborhood, and close gas, groceries... this is where we found the most bang for our buck. We gladly recommend this place to anybody considering. Dont miss out if you have the opportunity, wed love to have ya as a neighbor! Haha!

Management has maintained the grounds well and recent renovations reflect a modern and stylish property. The staff member are super friendly and helpful --quickly resolving any issues that may arise (which were few and far between during my stay). The neighborhood is quiet and nicely located near many shopping centers and is close to the highway.
