Staff go above and beyond for the residents they serve.

Doctors told us that our mother couldn't live alone anymore. We had to move her from where she was getting physical therapy. I called Timberdale Trace memory care, and their staff went over to my mother for an evaluation that day. Said they thought she would fit right into their community. So we brought her there, over the months she got to know the staff and others there, now she really likes the staff. They have been doing lots of things with her during the days. Outings which she has been enjoying, she has been involved with the community and staff and enjoys being there now. I'm so thankful to everyone there for taking good care of my mother. Plus now mom has more people to visit with each day! She has a smile of her face when I come to visit with her. Thank you so much, to all the staff for being so kind and caring to the residents their.

They meet the needs of residents really well. I loved being able to walk in to see my mom and visit with others during coffee hour. I felt very welcome every time I came to visit. Hopefully, someday again that will happen. I look forward to coffee again and seeing all the friendly faces!

My wife is in the Memory Care unit. I feel the staff has been wonderful with her care. Up until this lock down due to the virus, I had been there two or three times every day. Always received with smiles and good vibrations. I miss being with my wife but I know she is in good hands.

Mom has been living at Timberdale for almost two years now, and she LOVES it there! She turns 89 today, and is still energetic and very sociable. Staff is kind, attentive and extremely hard-working. Management is always available to families for information and addresses concerns promptly and respectfully. Mom LOVES the activities they coordinate--especially having Bingo every afternoon! She feels safe and comfortable, and always says shes happy living there. Thats good enough for us! 🙂

I began working 5 months ago today in the memory care building. The corporate office has all of the policies in place, and they have top notch training. As long as all of the Brookdale (Timberland Trace) Standards are followed, this is a great place to work. I love the research Brookdale (Timberland Trace) has done and I can see how their training is put into play and enriches our residents' lives. Needless to say, I love these residents as if they were my own grandparents.

My mom is doing very good in her community. I picked them because on the tour I had a good conversation with 2 of the staff and I asked them specifically if they like what they do in the community. They told me they like working with the dementia patients and working in the memory care. The have caring hearts and provide one on one. They have assisted living in another unit. The memory care is secure and they are free to roam as they please.

The rooms at Brookdale (Timberland Trace) were very small, and I dont think it would fit the needs of my parents. The staff members that we met were very friendly.
