Oh Park View Terrace. She ain't what she use to be. Let me count the ways. However, first things first. Let us start with how it once was. I moved here in 2016 and was sufficiently impressed with the management and how they conducted themselves. In fact, I will never forget Brandon's quote. "our goal is to provide housing for those who truly need it and cannot afford it." Fast forward seven years and it's a very different place, and the atmosphere leaves much to be desired. Lets begin with the building itself. It was remodeled in 2017 and much work was put into improving the appartments and the building as a whole. I am sad to say as of this writing, it is a very different story. The laundry facilities are not even close to what they should be. IE functional on a regular basis. Yet, Schuett has raised the price of each load of laundry to two dollars to wash our clothing and two dollars a load to dry them. I get it; everything is expensive these days. However, according to Park View and Schuett, it is to defray the cost of a $14,000 per month water bill. If that is the case, Why not use some of the money to insure all of the washers and dryers work appropriately? But nope. They'd rather claim all machines are in working order. As one can see, that is something myself and other residents have serious questions and concerns about. The entire atmosphere in this building feels hostile, contentious and lax. I could write much more, but, going forward, I have been told to "keep it professional." I will close by stating the following: management wants "Happy tenants?" If this is the case, listen to your residents, believe what they say, and be willing and open to the idea that we just might have some valid concerns. Remember your goal of serving those who are vulnerable and just want a nice place to call their own. perhaps this review needs a bit of an edit. Well, I still am concerned about the issues I stated above. I do realize that handling over 120 units in this complex is not an easy job. I get that, and perhaps we all need to remember that kindness over contentiousness is what is needed here. I myself am guilty of not being so kind, and rather contentious. So for that, I apologize. We all need to say kind things to one another in this building, there is enough, hostility, tension, and unnecessary comment/remarks. Perhaps we all could practice a little more kindness, and much less judgment.

Park view terrace is a beautiful building and the managment/staff have always been friendly or try to help when they're able. The only issues is the drama other residents inflict on others and staff/management. It's very much like high-school/small town gossip. So, regarding recent reviews, take it with a grain of salt.

Looks like a cozy little spot. Smoking area in easy view is a bonus to some. Cheers to all residents, enjoy your stay!

Great senior/ disability housing. Income based. Management is fast to react, friendly and very helpful. Building is in impeccable condition. Always clean. New laundry, fitness area and meeting area. Screened in porch to enjoy the weather without getting eaten alive by the bugs. I hated having to relocate but if I ever move this way again, this is where I'd rent from.

Such a beautiful place with beautiful gardens. The manager Brandon is fair knows everyone by name a very helpful staff. The apartments are big, remodeled fairly good amount of storage. Close to downtown Moorhead and just across the bridge from downtown Fargo. One of the main stops for the transit bus. Love it!!
