It's very difficult to get fast answers or solutions about issues for a relative living there because everything seems to hinge on action by the administrator who says he will call or check on a problem and then does not. It's even difficult to get a list of the week's activities for residents. The individual care givers seem very good, but, as I said, to get an issue solved is not easy for the family as they try to advocate for their resident.

I've worked for this company as a nurse for 25 years and do not agree with the posts that I just looked at. I would not stay with a company that did not respect their employees and as far as being understaffed, not true! We have safe staffing levels that we are not allowed to go below so we have never been short staffed. Nursing is a very hard job, in every aspect and everyone has to work hard but that is part of what working in a facility like this means. It is very rewarding and it is an amazing place to work and a very great place for people to come and live or rehab! Highly recommend!!

I love it here! I began employment at Eventide 2 months ago and am so glad that I did. Everyone has been welcoming and able to answer any question that I have. The customer service that is offered to visitors and residents is excellent. The genuine care and passion the staff have for the residents is evident when you walk into the building. I feel fortunate to work with caring and passionate people!
