Do not recommend this place have gone through some issues here recently a ND it neither resolved or addressed professionally was hospitalized money was left for me by a family member went to the front desk to retrieve it and they stated that they did not have it icalled the owner personally and needlesstobsay that it was not handled was just told to go to my room and not to worry about if you are considering on bringing your loved ones here I do not recommend thesetypes of problems should and would not occur if this place prioritized professionalism and thorough communication amongst themselves my issue was totally disregarded so I'm just to sit h and not be concerned about this injustice in closing my opinion is not a very good one not justou tof spite because not all of my being here have been bad but this here warrants a not so good of a review ,one can do a number of good acts and all it takes is one wrong one to retract the number of good that have been done previously

I lived there 4 2 months about and because of going to hospital and getting sick I ended up in isolation for a month.. Not a pleasant memory, other than that the place is ok, I give it 3 cuz they wanted me to vacate the room for them to clean my room, and the fact of being sick didn't help, neither find the way they threw away some of my things decided it was trash. The meals and snacks were good tho. The employees also spoke mostly Spanish or African languages and weren't always easy to understand, talk to or comprehend, most of the workers didn't speak English very well and had heavy accents.

The staff is trustworthy, respectful, Family oriented with impeccable ethics as far as their interactions with me. I was looking at reviews and the old ones should not even apply to this leadership team. I have never been in a community like this I'm sure they must do background checks because I haven't seen anybody throwing their weight around or anything like that or domestic violence since I arrived in May of this year They took care of all the paperwork (by that I mean everything gets filled in after I sign on the x and i receive copies later. (Very painless) no tricks. I must say that I feel as though my prayers were answered far above and beyond my highest expectations. Because of the staff my focus is on being treated for my medical as I've said before The food is great. The environment is beautiful and I don't have to worry about my safety with the number of staff, security is great not an issue. I've seen any incidents. They also have cameras in halls and around the building. The final thing and the most important thing is this feels like home now. my experience with the people that help us here. From the Manager and the medical team housekeeping, Chef and team, transportation. (Operations in general) I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I don't mention the person that if I miss meals to many times in a row or if I'm just having a lot of symptoms he is the first person to notice anything. A big thanks Hassan, who usually brings my medication and he does many other things around here. Also I would like to thank Nassir and the entire nursing staff for keeping an eye on medical updates from my lead doctor and specialists. Most of all for being honest and upfront with me concerning anything medical. Now they have painting classes in the the beautiful community area. The first time I saw the the lineup of everyone's first painting and my jaw just dropped, they were beautiful. We have a gym that's a very short distance. Maybe 1/2 a block away if you want to work on your health. There is karaoke bingo with gift cards and probably activities I'm not aware of yet. I'm looking forward to joining in activities at some point but I have met good people.

My brother is a patient at the Landings. He is being treated wonderfully by all the staff. They are warm, caring and professional His room is very comfortable, bright and cheerful. We are so grateful for the personalized care. Thank you.

I lived here for about a year. It is pretty good place Food is above normal. If you don't watch it you will put on 25 pounds like me. My only complaint is they do not take care of reordering my prescription drugs.

I have been to this location several times for medical reasons and various other sorts of business. I had the pleasure of meeting Briana Quistad, what a great employee she goes above and beyond to make sure the people she serves are as happy as they can be!
