My Dad has only been at The Waters on 50th for one week and we have already seen many positive changes in him. He is already known and loved by the staff, who make it a priority to find out his favorite foods, tv shows, interests and topics of conversation. It's so refreshing to have found a care facility that is adequately staffed by amazing people who clearly love their jobs! Unlike his previous care facility, my Dad's care plan has been implemented flawlessly. I cannot say enough good things about The Waters experience so far: Tour, Admissions, nursing evaluation, move-in, environmental services, dining services, activities coordination and caregivers. We are grateful for this special place!

We have been thrilled with the Waters on 50th. It's a lovely facility in a great location. It's especially nice for active seniors who like to walk to the shops and restaurants at 50th & France. The staff at the Waters is kind, caring, and compassionate. It's a great community.

The staff at The Waters on 50th could not have been more helpful— from our first discussion of a possible move for our mom, through to the actual move. Now mom has been there for 4 months, and we continue to be delighted with the attention from the staff, the facilities, activities and care and attention they provide for residents. Highly recommend.

The facility is consistently understaffed on the weekends and extremely understaffed on holiday weekends. The kitchen closes after lunch on holidays.

Four years ago when my mom first moved into the Waters on 50th it was a great facility. Since then the staff over-turned and was replaced with younger and incompetent people. I don't feel like any one in management works "with" the family to help with the resident. There are a few left over from the old group that really care, but from I can see, they are fed up with what is going on as well. My dad was in memory care this past month, and we are working to get him out of there. I am hoping to get my mom out if I can--she is still in independent living. I hate to think how she will be treated in memory care. Don't take your elderly parent here.

Our mother lived at the Waters on 50th for the last 2 years of her life. During that time, she had a good life at the Waters as her level of ability declined. The Waterss staff did a nice job of making our Mom feel cared for. During the time when we were unable to see her in person, she regularly reported that the caregivers were kind, which reassured us that we had picked the right place for her..

We feel very fortunate that our mom was able to live at the Waters. We selected the Waters as a family because of its focus on wellbeing and its great reputation. The Waters came highly recommended from a trusted friend. Mom started in senior living for about a year and then transitioned to specialty care for the duration. Our mom was a nurse who was incredibly independent and loved to walk and be part of a community. She had dementia. The staff held regular care conferences with us to hear directly from mom about her wishes and then we would work together to honor them while also ensuring she was safe. The staff were amazing and many took a personal interest in mom. They involved her in a nurses group and would take her out walking as just a few examples. It was important to our mom that she be recognized as a person first and not have her disease define her. Thank you Waters team for your partnership and support of mom and our family. We are incredibly grateful to you all!
