Staff is very strict verbally abusive to my mother who is a patient there they even grabbed her wrist. I can only find a 1-800 number brings me to Canada Senior living well that’s obviously not it i just want the local phone number to the harbors in Fridley, Minnesota USA

A warm welcome feeling, when entering the building. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely a family environment. The activities are great and fun filled. Definitely recommend TheHarbors!

Beautiful place to work with a wonderful staff and residents. The food is great and I love working for this facility. Hopefully I can be the kitchen director for the Brooklyn park location in the late summer. Definitely a great place for family, nurses, CNAs aides dietary aides, and cooks.

Harbors is all you need to know for the very best care for your love ones. Our mother became a resident of Harbors Senior Living in 2022. We could not have asked for better medical care, nutrition, and respect for our mother. Definitely sending a 5 star rating. Thanks to all of the hard working caring staff and management at Harbors!

The Harbors has provided such a wonderful caring environment for our family friend. The activities are second to none. Such a variety to stimulate the residents. Recently the menu has been upgraded, so many new dishes. I wish I had known about this place when my mom needed a place. Highly recommend

So warm and inviting the activities are perfect for our grandma, she is more active here than when she was home, she has made a lot of friends here and the staff are great! The management is so kind and the food has been wonderful! I love visiting grams here!

The staff has been wonderful to work with, I was in charge of finding a place for my aunt that was with in close distance to everyone and the staff here won me over by their friendliness, how much they really care and the quick turn around they were able to provide to my family in moving in. From nursing to management I felt as if we were the most important family there, this place truly was the best decision and experience our family has had during these troubling times! I will recommend this place over and over again!

Very happy with the cares that my grandfather gets here. Staff is friendly and accommodating during these tough times of Covid. I can tell they genuinely care! Thank you for giving comfort to my family during these times!

Overall great facility, mom is set to move in at the end of the month and has a perfect room. The staff were very knowledgeable about the cares they give here and how excited they were to welcome my mom in. We are excited for the new building to be done soon so we can move dad over as well!

Moved my mother in law in a few month ago, we were lost as to what to do and where to go. This community was the only place that truly showed they care about the resident, no high pressure sales tactics, the administrator was very calm and knowledgeable about the process and gave the time we needed without feeling like we had some kind of deadline to decide like other communities made us feel. The nursing staff came up to us during the tour and introduced themselves to us and looked like they were having fun, and left us feeling very good. One resident was laughing and joking with the chef when we were leaving and just made us feel like this was another extension of a family. Now that the newness has worn off some and its been a few months, it continues to be just as good and we are treated with the same respect, the same kind of warm welcoming. We are so glad we found this community! Mom loves it here and has made some great friends!
