This is the worst place around they should be shut down with all the neglect charges they have had . Building needs lots of repairs sewer has backed up on carpet many times and never replaced . Residents sent back to room when they came to nurse with health issues and ignored . Nurses they have w went due to nurses btrying to fix problems and owner fire them to trying to make things right . Medications being stolen by employees and never reported to authorities. Filthy living conditions for most residents due to staff shortage or housekeeping . Owner bribing residents that pay alot of money to keep there mouth shut and stay living there and she will buy then what ever to shut them up.

i beleave that most of the staff are great.but there is others who through state law about visiting when theyb really do not what they are saying about visiting and state law.i feel they need to be talked to about their visiting laws so they say.they are to provide visiting options besides telling a client they need to visit out side when it is snowing or 27 degrees outside.that is putting thst client at risk of getting sick.to me they are choosing who they want to visit and nothing more but the money.i have had a no trespassing put on me when i have done nothing wrong which i cannot see my fiance because the owner and the maneger think they now stae law.they do not know because they have had not been on the web site that explans that.they are all about the money and their nice cars and the nice things they put into the place.not for the clents but for staff.and having kids run around the place all day long that have their mom working there is o violation of state law but they do not focus on that.more people nedd to complain about the manegment and the owner.they care none about the clients and care more about the money and the pretty things they get.that place is a joke and has had the attention of the state board for a reason.most folks in milaca have nothing nice to say about the place because of manegement and the owner.the feel they can say and do and pick and choice because they can.that is so wrong and more people need not to be afraud of the owner or the maneger and speak up.my name is bill boyer and my fiance is in there being treated like she was in jail.enough is enough.the place in my thoughts should be closed down or have the rightb people owen it and run it that have a heart and care.i will be filling a lawsuite against them.wrong is wrong.thank you.
