Lisa F - Loved one of resident/client Memory Care January 9, 2023 Verified Review Outstanding experience Elk Ridge Alzheimer's community was such an outstanding experience for us. While our loved one was a resident there, there were several staff members that were able to work with our loved one in a respectful manor and appropriately redirect when necessary. The staff members get above 10 stars - given what they have to work with and the different high levels of Alzheimer and difficulty they were outstanding. There were more activities than what you can image - during Christmas time they had Christmas carol's and piano playing constantly. We would recommend this community to other families .

Elk Ridge has caring staff and strong leadership with extensive experience. My mother has been there for about a month and theyve been doing a great job. The setting is very nice, food is well-prepared and staff goes above and beyond to help all the residents. Theyre honest and creative which you need with memory care.

Lanette LaScott WAS an aid at this facility. So Im not sure what her point is, seems like self criticism? And she hasnt been employed in over a year to my knowledge.

My Mother was moved here from another private care facility due to lack of activity. I am very happy in the attention she is getting and she is active in many activities. Its fun to see her smile , laugh and sing!

If you have parent or loved one with memory challenges Elk Ridge Alzheimers Community should be on the top of your list. They loved and cared for our mom as if she was family. Having a parent pass with Dementia is difficult, it hurts. Having a community that understands the disease embraces the person where they are to have them as happy and independent as possible for as long as possible is truly a blessing.
