Lucretia was especially patient with my MIL, who required care per Dr's orders, but felt she didn't need it. Lucretia was able to develop a rapport, and help Mom during the difficult time before she moved into Assisted Living.

I am thrilled with the help that my mother receives from Home Case Assistance. They worked to find helpers that Mom "clicks" with. She loves her assistants. I find everyone who they have sent out to be easy to get along with, compassionate, responsible, honest, and reliable. I am happy to have them taking care of Mom, and to know that she is in good hands. They create claims for Long Term Care insurance and submit them for me. This saves me so much time! I am very happy to have them, and am a very satisfied customer. Highly recommend!!!

I hired them to help me take care of my dad when he went on hospice. They had a nurse to help figure out his medications and i had aides available to be there around the clock if I needed it.. They were very comforting as I was going through a difficult time.

Denise, I continue to feel utmost gratitude for your kindness to my mom and me. I will never forget the care and thoughtfulness shown throughout my mom’s illness and after her death. You have a big heart, Denise, and I am thankful to have had you in our lives. I hope you will pass on my special thanks to Josie, Susie and Mary as well. They were angels. I knew it then and I’m still over whelmed by my feelings when I think about the dignified, loving care given not only to mom but in support of me, too.
