Nick B. gave me a wonderful tour of the community. I found all the employees there to be very warm and welcoming. He was a terrific host. The apartments were very nice. Waters Edge had a very warm and inviting atmosphere.

Beautiful facility with caring staff. A great atmosphere when you walk through the door. You are greeted by smiling staff to direct you on where to go. While walking through the community you see staff engaging with the residents socializing, interacting and laughing:) The fireplace in the common areas make it feel so comfortable and homey❤

I have been at Waters Edge in Mankato Minnesota for almost a year and a half! I love it here! I especially like the activities! All of the staff are very pleasant! Great bedside help! I even get served breakfast in bed!

My mother has made her home at Waters Edge for five years. We have found that the small number of residents and the building presents a family environment with staff having the opportunity to connect with residents and their needs. The staff is responsive and maintains good communication with our family.

I currently live here with my wife who is in another room. The staff has made a lot of changes in the good in the last year. I think it has been run well. It is a very tough job at times and they make it work and thats the truth. I would recommend it to other people to come here. Its not always perfect and no place is but my concerns are not with this facility. They are great.

This place is not perfect but the staff takes very well care of me. They help me with meals, allow me to visit my husband, and they care for any needs that I may need. It is a very pretty place here to live at.

I am new to the Meridian family, joining Waters Edge and Autumn Grace earlier this year. I have nothing but positive things to say about my time here... such a great group of staff and residents. A typical day at work would be meeting with the team, discussing our day and our plans to make the property better. As a team we discuss this plan, and help each other accomplish our goals for the day.Each of the managers are very dedicated to not only their specific department but other departments as well.Nursing departments: diverse, caring dedicated staff.The hardest part of my job is the passing of residents. Rather is be from a chronic illness or old age, it never get easy.The most enjoyable part of my job is support we receive from our executive director. Even on the most overwhelming days she is the backbone of our team. She has the residents and staffs best interest at heart.

I have been with Waters Edge for almost 2 years now and I am going to be honest about things.I love it here. In fact I am graduating from college and have had any interviews in different places and waters edge keeps bringing me back. Waters edge has improved greatly this year (2020) with new management and staff. It really shows how much staff and management care about these residents and waters edge is continually improving its efforts to make it one of the best assisted living facilities for residents to live in Mankato!I am excited for the future of this company and for Waters Edge to be the talk of the town!
