My mom has been staying here for a while now and I have to say the care is exceptional. My mom feels so comfortable and loved by all of the staff. Jayden has been extra special to my mom, cares for her like a grandma and for that I want to say an extra big thank you. It’s hard to make a decision to put a parent in a facility but the Villages of Lonsdale will give them the best care, and soon it will feel like home to them. The Villages of Lonsdale is wonderful! It is a beautiful location and the staff are caring, kind, and respectful! Residents often remark about the great location and the convenience to grocery shopping. It is an incredibly peaceful neighborhood. I would highly recommend anyone to check out Villages of Lonsdale for a new home.

My sister in law likes that this community is connected to the town library and she is able to go over anytime they are open. She has made friends and has started to participate in the trips out. The staff are fabulous and she likes the food. We are very pleased with the way things are going. We did not need to look any further once we found this community. I would recommend it.

This was a very clean facility with a community garden area for the residents. During the tour I seen good interaction with the residents. The guide was able to provide me with very knowledgeable details about the community. After seeing the location, we found that it is outside our proximity.

They do a really good job keeping me informed of how he is doing, and I know that he is happy there and is getting really good care at The Villages of Lonsdale. One area where they could improve would be the activities. They have some, but they need more and wider variety. He kind of needs to be kept busy, as do the other residents.

My friend that is living at The Villages of Lonsdale is very happy there and really enjoys it. She has only been there for a couple of months, but from everything she has told me they do things very well. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to accommodate wherever they can, and the food there is really good also.

We're very pleased with it. The staff is friendly, and the residents are friendly. They don't only talk initially, they're always friendly. They're definitely the best value out there. It took several trips to get the TV fixed, but other then that, things have been top notch. The location is great; it is almost exactly halfway between Oak Hill and Albert Lee. I think it's a choice place for independent living. The value is great, and the staff and the residents are very friendly.
