My mother lives there and has Alzheimer's and they are very good with all her needs. Everyone working there always have a smile on their faces and are more than willing to "go the extra mile" to answer any and all questions I have. I very much recommend Oak Terrace.

I've worked at Oak Terrace for a little while now and my experience hasn't been bad but hasn't been good. I love working with the residents they always make my day however some of the staff are not as adequate as it seems they should be for working with senior living. We are always short on staff and it's really hard to find someone to cover for you when needed.

My mom moved to Oak Terrace a few months ago. It is a great fit for her. The nurses and aids are wonderful and caring to her and she absolutely loves them. The application and move in process were smooth and easy and she gets great care from everyone. Highly recommend!

We recently moved my mom to Oak Terrace, Jordan MN. I cannot say enough good things about Oak Terrace. The transition has been far better than I ever imagined. The staff is great, very attentive, going above and beyond daily. Mom loves it there and is thriving; she enjoys the activities and is making many friends. We have peace of mind knowing she is being well cared for. Keep up the great work!!

I worked at this facility for many years as a CNA/LPN. My mom is currently living at this facility — Sarah the DON, and Jen C. the HD are phenomenal, and extremely friendly. The facility is beautiful, and the care managers are amazing! My family and I are all extremely satisfied!

My Mother has been at Oak Terrace for close to 10 years. She went from assisted living with a lot of independence to pretty severe dimentia. This is very challenging for a family and plays on everyone's emotions. Through it all the Oak Terrace staff has been consistent, professional and compassionate. It takes a special person to do this type of work and they have managed to find a lot of them to work there.

I started working at Oak Terrace in Jordan Minnesota in 2015. I started as a care manger then moved up to a Med passer and a Lead. I now work as the Office Manager. Oak terrace is not just a place to live. We are a family. We take care of each and every resident with great care and compassion. Every job has its bad days, but we work as a team to make the day work and flow well for everyone. Oak terrace is a wonderful place to work. I grew up in Jordan so have some of the residents that have come to live here. My mother-in-law is a resident of Oak Terrace in Jordan. When she first moved in our family was nervous about the move, as like many, she didn't want to move out of her home and into an assisted living community. Our concerns were immediately replaced with joy. Thanks to the caring staff, newfound friends, and excellent services, she adapted to her new home quickly and told us, "I love it here!" My parent's care at Oak Terrace has been terrific! The staff genuinely care about the residents and have a lot of patience. They are kind, compassionate and listen to the resident's needs. They have been more than accommodating to family requests and take the time to speak with us over the phone to answer our questions about medical issues. Everything from maintenance, to meals, to cleaning to providing proper medical care, we are thrilled and relieved they are in such good hands.

My mom moved into Oak Terrace in May of 2013. She lived there until she passed away on July 29, 2018 at the age of 87. The five years that my mom lived at Oak Terrace were some of her best. She was a very active and social person. She loved all the activities and outings that Oak Terrace provided. The activities director is amazing. A monthly calendar is put out to all the residents. I even had one emailed to me so I could have conversations with my mom about her activities. As children, going to visit mom was like going home. The staff was exceptional and very caring. I never once felt that my mom was not being cared for and that her needs were not being met. As children, you want what's best for your parents. You want comfort, safety, and good nutrition. I knew my mom was eating healthy. She was comfortable and as safe as she could be. I can't thank Oak Terrace enough for all their care, kindness, and compassion. As I reflect back now, on my mom and Oak Terrace, my brother and I have no regrets. Oak Terrace was the best place for mom. I would highly recommend Oak Terrace for anyone looking for place for a loved one. Cindy Benjamin

I have 2 friends living at Oak Terrace. Oak has a variety of room sizes to accommodate various needs. Each unit is spacious and has a big window to let in natural light. The residence is clean and well kept. They have a bus that goes on weekly outings to stores and sometimes lunch. I really want to give Jennifer Cox and the Activities Department 5 stars! ManagerJennifer Cox is always friendly and willing to help as needed. Thank you Jennifer for going out of your way to help me when I need it. My friends tell me they appreciate her always acknowledging them with a smile and cheerful hello. The activities department is very active and everyone is outgoing and fun to be around. A friend and I have recently started volunteering with our therapy dogs and we feel very welcomed and appreciated by them. The activities staff make sure our room is set up for us and residents are brought in to enjoy the dogs. Thank you we appreciate all your efforts as we can see how much the residents enjoy our dog show.

Jennifer is truly an asset to this Community and shows compassion to the residents and their families. my mother in law was there for several years until she passed in April. She loved the staff and the facility. It is located right next to a cornfield and by a school so it is a great location. The activities staff are also awesome. My mother in law was able to transition from assisted living to memory care. I would recommend Oak Terrace for your loved one.

I moved my Mother from Milwaukee WI to Oak Terrace in November. My husband and I searched for a home that could take care of my Mom who has Alzheimer's. We were pretty unhappy until we discovered Oak Terrace. Very clean and friendly but most of all the people from Jennifer Cox on down are caring and helpful every step of the way. Oak Terrace employs staff to help with all needs plus nurses (A HUGE plus). A PA comes in twice per week . There is a hair salon which is open on Friday's. We work with a transport service (Uplift) for our personal outings. Staff is receptive to my requests. I love the small town culture. Only drawback is there isn't a dentist who comes in. I would highly recommend Oak Terrace.

Our family have 2 love ones residing at Oak Terrace. Both have numerous issues that need nursing assistance. Kudos to staff, I could not handle a job that requires such skill. I visit regularly the place is always spotless. I eaten there the food is good and well portioned. Its always heart wrenching to see your family member fade. I can't imagine how the staff must feel when they deal with that on a daily basis
