I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Keystone Place in Hugo. My Mother was was there in assisted living and then memory care. The staff was just amazing!!! They do really care about their residents.They are just a caring for the famlies of the residents and always kept us involved.They have many,many activities for all of the residents. Thank You for caring!!

I just want to say thank you so very much for all of the love care and kindness you all have extended to my mom. For nearly 5 years you have seen her through the Ups and Downs of dementia. On her sweet days and her salty days the consistency of care gave our family peace knowing she was in good hands when we couldn't be there. I have been a witness to all of your efforts to keep everyone safe and comfortable and I would need a notebook to write all of these things down. Just know that your work is important and I value all you do each day. God Bless You!!

Keystone Place is a jewel! My relatives recently moved in there after first visiting many other care places. While helping them move, and visiting them, and eating several chef prepared meals in the dining room, I can't say enough good about the professional and caring staff. They are polite and very helpful to their residents. My relatives told me they feel very lucky to live there!

I've seen a lot of horrid elder communities, and this place is furthest from any of those experiences I've had. Very clean, and polite staff, and they seem to care greatly for their residents. The residents seem very happy and love the community they live in.

My grandmother lived at keystone place for several months and passed away at the facility. In her last month several serious medication errors were made by the staff. Including giving the wrong medications, continuing to give discontinued medications, not giving her scheduled pain medications and not giving a new ordered medication that would help stop bleeding she was having. She was eventually placed on hospice. Then the management insisted she move to memory care where she would receive a higher level of care. In the memory care she would press her call button and wait greater than 45 minutes to have it answered, even when family would ask the nursing assistants for help. As a nurse myself, I know how busy it can be, but often they were just siting at the desk. Several nursing assistants were very disrespectful to my grandmother and did not treat her with compassion. Following her death, management was uncaring and unhelpful. Going through the hospice process is difficult. Made even worse so by the care she received. That said, there were some wonderful nursing assistants who took great care of her and I wish we could remember their names to thank them.The facility itself is beautiful and well kept, but the overall experience was very disheartening.

Exceptional If I could give the staff rating of 10, I would. The staff is the most caring, compassionate group of people I have ever met. The residents always come first. In the memory care no one is left along in their room unless they are to I'll to join the group. If I ever need this level of care, I'd want to be here. Can't praise the staff enough.
