I've worked with a client at Birchcourt and have seen firsthand a lot of things. Staff- super friendly and helpful. The grounds - are exceptional- always taken care of and neat. Cleaning- every month I witness 2 or 3 vans come in and clean the hallways. This is along side of their housekeeper. Kids- there are children here and they play at the playground, but there are also adults sitting in the chairs watching them. I have only seen two kids in the last year un-supervised at the playground and my clients window faces the playground. I see it every day Monday through Friday. This is a great community setting and I would recommend this complex to all. Good job - well done!!!

They are very roomy and reasonable in price and is low income housing.they have townhomes and apartments and nice people who I've met and the owners I rented from are the bomb and so is candy the manager. no place like home and you can even walk to the Walgreens and L&M store and Super one grocery stores and hospital and clinics are only a few minutes away.
