I have been living here for three years now. The maintenance staff is awesome and quick. All utilities are included, and the only thing you pay for is if you want TV or internet. Laundry is on site. You can have pets that are spayed or neutered, cats and dogs. The rental manager is very nice and if you have a concern it gets addressed. My only negative is that no matter how hard you scrub the kitchen floor it does not look clean. I love it here.
