Be careful! Things are not always as they seem. For example, in many instances, the residents are treated like tasks, checklists and numbers. Instead of human beings to be given the time to provide the best care possible especially when thet are privately paying for a service. Write everything down and keep a close watch. Overall, they do care for the residents deeply, but not interested in working more efficiently to get what is needed done. Watch the training and teamwork as can also be lacking. Very neat and clean place with amazing food.
