The staff is responsive to questions and maintenance requests. The common areas are clean. The apartment we moved into was remodeled, and is very comfortable. The building is now non-smoking, which is very much appreciated. Having a place to park our car in the heated parking garage, along with a place to rinse off the car, is a nice thing to have. The building is next door to a Walgreens, across the street from a strip mall, and close to a Kowalski's, which makes it convenient to walk to or drive to these places. We are very thankful to be living here.

So grateful for the staff at Sterling Ponds! Had an issue with my refrigerator and Patrice called first thing in the morning to let me know they were working on a resolution and service technician would be looking at right away. Jeff replaced the refrigerator and I must say how pleased I was with the way he replaced all the food exactly in the place as he found them! That extra little touch meant a lot and speaks volume of the service provided. Thank you to Patrice and Jeff for providing fantastic service!

A Place For Mom
There aren't any concerns. They are just a 55 and over community, there aren't any services they do for seniors. There is no next step up, or memory care. There are very limited activities, set up by the residents, coffee hour, or potlucks, things like that. The complex is clean, and the one thing we were surprised about is that they allow smoking in the rooms, so every once in a while you can smell it in the hallways. Other than that, they were pretty good about fixing anything we noticed and mentioned when we did the initial walk through, pretty much within a week. I think it's a pretty good value for what you get.
