This apartment facility doesn't consistently shovel, sand, and salt. Also we've complained multiple times about a dog in our neighborhood being off leash and nothing to our knowledge has been done about it. After multiple complaints the dog was off its leash 2x today as well. Also we asked for a copy of the lease both in writing and via the phone and have still not received it.

We've lived here for a year going on two. The neighbors are nice and management is always professional and genuine. If we have something that needs replacing they're ontop of it, something needs to be fixed they fix it. Walkways are always shoveled and salted in the winter. A very nice community.

Good place to rent from. We've been in their properties for over 34 yrs. People in office may change but they have been courteous and friendly. Properties are kept up.
