Overall I was well taken care of. The CNA's and nurses were very thoughtful and caring. Respiratory Therapist, Blair was fantastic ensuring my respiratory health was getting better after 2 surgeries. The respiratory program is very important, grateful it is available here. PT/OT were phenomenal! The rehab program was amazing, making sure I was safe with mobility and strengthening exercises. There was activities all day long, with many residents participating. Great activities team, making sure no one is bored. Management team was available when asked for to help problem solve when needed. Grateful for all people that I met! I felt safe and cared for by all!

When you walk in to the facility, you are greeted with a warm welcome and you can truly feel the positivity in the air. The staff is caring, the building is clean and inviting and there are lots of great activities for the residents!

I can't say enough about this facility! Their rehabilitation staff is top-notch. My mom arrived in a wheel chair and left dancing down the halls. I attribute that to not only the rehabilitation professionals but each and every person that cared for my mom while she was there for about a month. They went over and above knowing my mom had dementia and needed some extra help to get acclimated to her surroundings. I feel like my 87 year old mom has a second chance at life due to your great care.

Wow, not only a great place to stay, but inside Hilltop, the staff crew is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious From Spruce Lane staff, housekeeping, laundry department, and the crazy lovely therapists are rockstars. Sarah the administrator, is pleasant, and topnotched at giving out suckers . Julie, the head supervisor of nurses on Spruce Lane is awesome . Nicole, and Hannah will help in areas of finance , and social worker’s questions and answers . No need to think any further. Consider Hilltop Rehab, and Skilled Nursing when your loved ones need short or long term care,

My father lived there for over a year and a half and it was overall marginal, at best. Their billing is highly unreliable, and impossible to decipher what they send if you request a detailed bill. At one point, they changed billing companies and tried to bill us double for approximately $10,000. It took extensive efforts on our part to get them correct the error. My father’s nurse was kind and caring when there, but everyone else we dealt with in the building, including administration, was unfriendly and unreliable, and I would not send anyone there again.

The therapy offered at this facility is top notch. Whether long term care rehab or short term rehab they will get you back on your feet. Great environment with therapy and nursing to promote healing without feeling like you’re in a hospital. They truly make you feel at home and keep things fun!

Hilltop Healthcare has made so many improvements from the old Chris Jensen. The new owners have really gone above and beyond to ensure a homelike environment. The leadership team collaborates to find creative solutions and provide excellent care to the residents.

Hilltop Healthcare are THE best. When I was there from Dec 23, 2023 until Feb, 2023, I got nothing but excellent care from nursing to housekeeping and anyone in between. Thank you Reegan, LSW, for assisting with discharge planning. And by the way, HAPPY NURSING WEEK TO ALL NURSES!!! If I ever rehab again, Hilltop is my first choice!!!!

Nothing is perfect, but I had a very good experience here. The physical therapy was awesome!

My mom's clothes were dirty. Wheelchair had food on it. They said they would clean . Her breaks did not work right. Hair was dirty, scalp was dry. I don't think there clients are Given the attention they should. I would not recommend this place.
