Please don't put anyone here! After 21/2 yrs the new management told us that my son would have to leave because they refused to provide the cares that he has had for the duration of his stay. 2 hour safety checks. These checks should be done for all residents. It's this facilities responsibility to make sure that everyone is safe. Your loved one will go hungry daily due to the extreme small portions of very high carb foods that they do get. But not getting enough food is the norm here. Rooms do not get cleaned. The smells are impossible to tolerate. Dirty linens are on the floors in the hallways and pee stained furniture is the norm. Management cover up med errors. They don't follow through with Dr appointments so the resident will miss them. Hippa violations are many with the residents personal and medical information being shared to everyone. This is a very troubling place that needs to be shut down. Please keep your family members away.

My husband and I checked out several assisted living places for my sister in law and Garden House seemed like a cheery, clean and welcoming home. My sister has her own large bedroom-half bath , they have private showers on each floor and also a whirlpool walk in tub. The dining room is clean and inviting and they have a living room area to watch television, play games or meet with family that visit. The owner is a caring, genuine hard working man that is very much involved with what goes on at Garden House. All of the staff that I have met or dealt with in the last 2-1-2 years including, the owners assistant Krista, the nurse, the care givers, the housekeepers, the maintenance mn, have been very kind and helpful. They do a wonderful job of dealing with many different personalities and needs that arise from those who have disabilities, as that is not always easy. My husband, his sisters and I are very thankful we found a home that meets the needs of our sister with understanding kindness. She is doing well here!!!

Ive worked at Garden House for a little under a year now and I have to say that I love working here. The atmosphere is laid back and the staff and residents all work together well. The owner Dale, and my boss Krista are both great people who do what they can do help their staff and their residents. I cant imagine leaving here any time soon. I highly suggest this facility for loved ones.

This has been my experience at Garden House: I was hungry and you gave me food, and I was thirsty and you gave me a drink, and I was sick and you cared for me. Matthew 25:35-36 The staff is great, and I am safe here.

I have been taking care of a resident at the Garden House. The care and the food is amazing. Dale and Christa go way beyond what they need to do. The resident that I am looking after is happy and content. I would highly recommend this facility after physically seeing not only the care of the residents, but also the character of Dale and Christa.

I had to move into Garden House Estates last April when September House closed. I was made very welcome by the staff and residents. I have enjoyed living here for the last six months. The staff takes very good care of us, and the food is really good. They do have activities, but are very concious of the COVID-19 pandemic and make sure everything is well sanitized. Quiet neighborhood, river view, near public transportation. A very nice place to live.
