My father was cared for at the Legacy of Delano for almost 4 months. He was mostly immobile and was receiving almost the highest level of care. I can not say enough about the professionalism and respect the entire staff had for my father. I met my father everyday for breakfast and coffee, the kitchen staff was outstanding and went the extra mile for him and all of the residents. Every request I made was respectfully and promptly seen to. I dreaded needing to have someone else care for him, but his care was beyond my ability. It was a comfort for me and my siblings to know he was so well taken care of.

I feel welcome as soon as I enter the building. The people are kind and thoughtful. The open concept is inviting. That makes people want to gather and socialize.

Our family was looking for assisted living for our mom after a bad fall, hospitalization and recovery in TCU. I met with Dawn, Community Relations and Marketing Manager. She was so kind, compassionate and thorough! The apartments were newly renovated and really nice. She toured the entire community with me and showed me memory care. It was the most incredible space that I have seen. And the residents were gathered in an activity that brought tears to my eyes. Very impressive! This community is wonderful!

Everyone is friendly and nice and helpful. It is a great group of people but my mother in law fell and I didn't get a call right away which could have been better. I know they're busy but they could have been more concerned. I feel like there could be more activities. My father in law is bored. I feel like the activities are catered more for women and there could be more outings.

Nice looking place and they have level of care packages rather than each item pricing... we know Agnes wouldn't do a lot of things or have them done if she had to pay each time. She seems happy in her new home she's having a hard job making friends but part of that is " Being the new kid in school"
