My son moved into Hidden Creek just a month ago, and I personally have visited him for a long weekend to see the loving personal care by Steve , Alice and his staff daily on every level. My son is special needs, with a brain injury and many additional challenges. He feels so safe and comfortable and loves the wooded neighborhood feel and the home being a new townehome setting then an assisted living facility feeling. He raves about the food, snacks and helpful kindness for all of his planning of his medical and transportation to appointments he trusts everyone even the residents and feels comfortable within a short time. I am so relieved we found Hidden Creek for this next chapter in my son's life and I love visiting the small community of Chaska!

My son moved into Hidden Creek just 2 weeks ago and I visited him just last weekend. He is young at 40 only though he needs this level of care due to his special needs and brain injury. He feels so safe and comfortable and loves the wooded neighborhood feel and t he home being newer towne homes, reminds him of earlier days in his own home. He raves about the food and snacks and how nice the staff and residence are to him and his needs for care and appointments. Special mentions to Alice & Steve to assist in all of his planning that he already trusts and feels comfortable with in just a short time. Steve has been helping my stepson by being a friend to him and encouraging him to improve hygiene and mental healthgoing out of his way to help him beyond his job. He truly is one of a kind and has made a big impact on feeling welcomed and important. Great Person and role model need more people like him taking an active role in their job vs sitting around and not taking interest in clients.

Steve has been a great supporter of my son. He ordered protein shakes for him which is very important to him. He spends a few hours every day that he works, chatting with him, encouraging him in his hygiene, and also recently in applying for jobs. He also drives him to various places and has encouraged him to go to the Chaska community center to exercise. He also drove him there and assisted him in in trying to get free membership using his SSI disability. Steve often talks to me when I visit my son and we are both able to discuss how to encourage him in the right direction as a team. For Steve, it seems to me he is not there just for a job, but to use his position to help others.
