My sister is there - and is NIT happy - to have to wait hours to use the bathroom is uncalled for — no help 2-3 people not enough help for handicapped individuals !! Food is terrible — all frozen !!! This is disgusting to me — and mostly COLD!!! Put yourself in their position ! You wouldn’t like it !! It’s a lovely place to look at — Nothing more !!! Someone ( owner ) needs to be addressed !!my rating if this place is a 1-2 nothing more !

My mom has been at Norbella Champlin since Dec 2023. The staff is wonderful with the residents and family members. Communication is very open and responsive. I can feel assured my mom is receiving great care and nutritious meals. I don't ever have to worry about her. I know she is being taken care of.
