I had an interview with Cara Ungaro on Monday! She is so pleasant and kind. Havenwood has the best people working there! High integrity and loyal to the folks living there! My mother moved in to Havenwood July 2020. She loved the beautiful apartment and the food and service!! Always very kind and friendly nurses, CNAs and all staff! We will appreciate Hayvenwood always!!! Thank you all for making the people that live there feel special and loved!! Your kindness has gone a long ways in my family and myself!! Thank you so much!!

I visit Havenwood almost everyday; the fitness area, and ppl I know who live there. The Executive Director: Eva Hook, Sales and Mkting Director: Malinda Carter and Front Desk women, Managers/Specialists of various depts. as well as the workers in these depts. are all outstanding: they care, they're efficient in their field, and make those that live there to those who visit feel they matter. These are some of the reasons as to why I visit and do recommend Havenwood of Buffalo to many ppl.

What a charming, hotel-like experience during our recent visit! We were greeted at the front door with a cheerful smile welcoming us to Havenwood! There was a clean and peaceful feel throughout. Loved the relaxing library/study area with resources for residents to use. The calendar showed many opportunities for various activities each month. Musical entertainment was happening out on the lovely patio when we were there which was fun to see! Everyone (staff, residents & visitors) appeared to enjoy the company of each other and seemed to be content whether it be a place of work, home or a place to visit.

My mother has lived at Havenwood of Buffalo for three years and she has made many friends with residents there. The staff has been excellent in terms of service and compassion. My experience at Havenwood of Buffalo has truly been amazing. I have lived here for about two years. Everyone that is involved here at Havenwood of Buffalo has been very special to me and make things very easy for me. My apartment is very spacious for what I need. Since I have moved into Havenwood, I know I made the right choice in choosing my retirement home. Housekeeping, activities, fitness, and culinary have made my life so easy. I never have to leave home for any sort of entertainment. Overall, I feel very safe and comfortable with the choice I have made.

Friendly, caring, helpful, staff and residents. A nice variety of food that tastes good. The fitness center offers personal training and is open 7 days a week. We have personal pendants that offer residents 24 hour service. Lots of activities and inservices.

My Mother in Law has been a resident at Havenwood of Buffalo for 3 years and calls it home! The staff is wonderful! You feel the caring attitude from the moment you enter the building. The Front desk, the CNAs, RA, the dining staff, Susie the fitness coordinator , the activities coordinator...Everyone at Havenwood of Buffalo cares about the Residents.
