Beautiful independent living community. They have caregivers to assist if you have needs and provide all meals as part of rent. The new renovation are stunning too!

StoryPoint is an independent living facility. Megan was great. She answered all of my questions prior to the tour. During the tour she was very thorough and patient. My mom feels like she is staying at a 5 star hotel with having three meals prepared daily, housecleaning every other week and all the fun events Storypoint does for their residents. My mom moves in in a few days and couldn't be happier. She is looking forward to meeting new people and socialize more. Thank you Megan for caring and showing compassion. You have a beautiful community my mom cant wait to be apart of.

We had a wonderful tour of StoryPoint. We made the decision to move my 103-year-old mother. She will be the oldest person here, and I feel she will be well cared for. All the staff that I met or saw in action were so friendly and helpful. Even the director stopped by to offer my mom a welcome hug. The common areas are spacious and plentiful. Her specific apartment is being completely renovated, so my mom will have all brand new items in her new home. Thank you to the entire staff for making us feel so welcome.

I found the perfect community for mom! She is still fairly independent but is so lonely and I felt so much guilt that I could not visit her as much as I wanted to. SP Wyoming offers independent living but also has care available 24/7 when she will undoubtedly need help. The selling point, the community is beautiful, the residents all look happy and the staff is is always engaged. The employees all made her feel welcome day one and she already has several friends. Sometimes I feel she has more of a social life than me! I sleep better at night knowing she is safe and happy.

This was our first experience in needing a little help for a parent who wished to live independently as long as possible. We are so impressed by the staff at Aurora Pond. From the housekeepers, the kitchen staff, receptionists, Adviscare nursing staff, management etc. They go above and beyond for their residents and they really care. Highly recommend.

My Dad and his big fur baby moved in nearly 12 months ago. This was a big adjustment for all of us. Dad is settled into his apartment just fine and Kaan (his dog) absolutely LOVES living here and loves all the attention he gets from the staff and residents. Most of the Aurora pond staff have been great and I thoroughly enjoy spending time there myself visiting the other residents! Advisacare (the home health company located there) is lacking. Most of the gals are friendly enough but they are either understaffed, under qualified and always have excuses for why things don’t get done, also their management is poor. Dads meals often arrive cold and IDK if that’s the aids take too long to deliver or the kitchen not getting delivery meals ready fast enough. The meals are subpar and many times my dads not served what he ordered. They cant seem to keep cleaning staff (they're severely under paid!) and therefore the residents do not receive weekly housekeeping as specified. My dad had gone several months and I ended up paying someone else to come vacuum and do dishes for him! Yet they have the nerve to increase rent $245!!! If it wasn’t for the dads love and need to have his companion dog I would definitely consider other options!

Needs to be upgraded, more modern decore. You should also follow the pandemic guidelines issued by the governor. Your management said they couldn't enforce the rules, like masks and visitors.

Its quiet and has quite a few activities. Staff could be friendlier and most of all the hand sanitizer things are always empty, like by the coffee station and in the restroom. There are not enough eating utensils out for the snacks that are there.
