Upon walking in the front t door, I was impressed with the decor and the cleanliness of the facility. After Carol took me on a tour, she sat down with me and laid everything out and answered all of my questions.

When I was touring this place for my mother I found the place was really clean. The staff was very kind. I was very impressed with the memory care unit it was very clean and organized. This is by far the best place for my loved one. Thank you.

Took a chance by stopping by for an elderly friend of mine the executive director stopped what she was doing and gave me a very informative tour. Was very pleased with what I saw. Their were activities going on and it was very clean.

I moved my Mom to White Lake Assisted Living three weeks ago after she had a severe stroke. The first thing you notice is the cleanliness, and the beautifully decorated common areas. But the important things are the caring of the staff. I’m amazed at how much the executive director has paid attention to SMALL DETAIL to make this transition easier for my Mom. Kudos to the aides, housekeeping, chef, kitchen, and nursing. Robert of maintenance immediately made my Mom’s studio apartment more adapted to her stroke deficiencies.

This is a review of our tour experience; we are not as yet residents/ family of residents. That said, our tour experience moved White Lake Assisted Living to the top of our list. Carol was exceedingly personable and generous with her time and touring and information. At no time did we feel pushed or as if we were being sold to. The employees smiled easily and looked busy yet relaxed in their manner. Rooms were nicely maintained and environment was clean, warm and pleasant. We especially appreciated the large activities room, which was obviously well and thoughtfully used, decorated for the season, and clearly much more than a few tables and chairs for bingo - a real community space for fun and interaction. As we toured as family members without our senior potential resident, we were warmly invited back for a second visit with mom during midday so she could get a feel for the people and the place and see if it felt like a fit. Hoping she likes it as much as we did!

I can't say enough good things about White Lake Assisted Living. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth, compassion, and professionalism. Mom really likes it here. They have a great caring staff that attends to all her needs. Lots of activities and have even expanded to have more on the weekend. They provide 3 good meals daily that mom enjoys. If you have family in need of assisted living check this place out.

This community surprised me from the moment I walked through the front door. From the kind greeting, smiles on resident's faces and the beautiful decor, I felt at home immediately. Management was honest about recent changes that were clearly made for the better of the community and residents. The Executive Director is very involved and you can feel how much the rest of the staff cares. I started following them on Facebook and the joy you see in every picture speaks for itself. I would recommend this community to anyone!
