We have been dealing with Ashford Court for 3 yrs now. Freda the current GM has been managing the myriad of residence and staff, all with different levels of compassion and respect for fellow residence and co-workers. She has been incredibly compassionate in juggling the unforgiving task of trying to find the best solution for any given complaint, that will be best for all involved.

I am a hospice nurse that frequently visits this facility to visit my patients. I have never worked with a better team than Homestead Marty and Rebecca and ALL the staff at Ashford. You are all an absolute pleasure to work with and I couldn’t be more grateful! You all care for each and every one of your residents and the exceptional care you provide is clearly seen by us all at our hospice company. We love you!!!

My grandmother lives here. She gets treated like gold by the staff. The activity director really does at lot to keep these seniors active and happy. The rest of the staff are really great with the seniors too! I would definitely recommend Ashford Court for a love one!!

Ashford Court is a hidden gem! The building and apartments are meticulously maintained and the grounds are equally nice. The staff is loving and welcoming, and the residents are friendly and encouraging. My father-in-law has found a perfect home. He is safe, secure and happy.

Ashford Court in Westland is Best in Class. The entire organization; from the leadership team, GM (Ben Harmon), to their entire staff-the focus on residents and customer service come first. One of the benefits of living at Ashford is that they give you the options to live a life on your terms-providing options and solutions for those that need round the clock care to others that are simply looking for more socializing and support. The building is spotless and rooms are spacious. If you are looking for a change, I would highly recommend you consider Ashford Court.

Ashford Court is poorly run. GM is way over his head. It is a place where they nickel and dime the residents. Floor in my suite was tore up over 8 months and couldnt get fixed. Suite was NOT cleaned for 16 weeks during C0VID-19 pandemic. One of third party care giver company over charges for services not rendered. A new third party company was hired and they lasted a mere 32 days due to conflict with management. Leaving me without health care for 3-4 days until I moved out. This place should be exposed for its ways. BEWARE: money for loved ones would be better spent somewhere else.

Randy one of the coordinators there was extremely helpful she took me on the tour nice Apartments a bit on the high price and they wouldnt give me a straight answer when it came to the prices of care that isnt included in the rent price but who knows I really wanted my parents to go here unfortunately I dont think they can.

This is wonderful place for assisted living. It is like a luxury hotel. Spacious. Clean. Organized. I call bingo on Friday afternoons and it us do much fun. I have gotten to know the activities director and she is so much fun. Always something going on. I do love to come in and see the huge puzzles everyone works on. Love group efforts.

Email updates via email to loved ones regarding changes to staff, dining, environment, and health and safety. Hair salon and gym in-house. Small library to pick from. Church service options.
