I highly recommend Provision Living to anyone that is looking for an assisted living facility for their elderly loved one. The director Alissa is responsive to any concerns that arise and is a great communicator with both the residents and the resident’s families. I appreciate how they have dealt with COVID and taken into account the importance of social interactions. I have been very pleased and am so appreciative of all they have done.

I moved my Aunt in this facility and I couldn't have been more happy with the how clean the facility was and how helpful the staff were. I want to personally thank Raeleen and Alissa for all their help. They went above and beyond to help make the transition smooth for my Aunt and my family. My Mom has been living at Provisions for the past year (she moved in during the pandemic). The facility did, and continues to do, a wonderful job of keep the residents safe. They were flexible with out of town family visitors (allowing more visits per week per resident), they continue to monitor and check each person who enters the building, they are efficient if there is an exposure, etc. As in anything in life, nothing can be perfect and one needs to manage expectations. There are some staff and administrators that go above and beyond for my mom and family and for that I am truly grateful. There will always be a few bad apples, again managing expectations. I did recently observe a caregiver that shouldn't be caring for elderly due to her roughness and did bring it to the managements attention. There is a nice collaboration and communication between the residents family and management which is great. I feel like we are a team in keeping my mom peaceful and happy. The facility is beautiful, peaceful, clean and pleasant to be in. The decor for holidays is beautiful. They offer an array of activities for the residents to participate in. As much as I would want my Mom at home, I feel good about her being at Provisions.

Please don't rent an apartment there. The building is beautiful. The meals are OK. It's supposed to be assisted living, but some assistants have very bad attitudes. They act like you are bothering them if you ask for help. The director doesn't really know how bad they are. Find another place. Any place would be better.

Provision Living has done a wonderful job caring for my mother. Staff is warm and welcoming and on top of any issues that arise. It’s an emotional decision to move a parent from their home when extra care is needed and we feel Provision has done a great job welcoming her and caring for her. I would, and have, recommended Provision to anyone looking for an assisted living or memory care facility.

There arent enough words of praise for this Provision Living team at West Bloomfield. Moving a loved one to an unfamiliar environment can be filled with uncertainty, reservation and stress, especially if an exhaustive search found so few communities that could meet high expectations. Provision met those high expectations and then exceeded them. At the beginning of this process, The Provision team met our family where we were and brought us along with patience, caring and committed support with regard to Dad becoming a resident five months ago. From transition to present has been a blessing. The level of communication and attentiveness is incredible. Provision met our needs with grace and speed. The residential management team was so focused on making Dads surroundings feel like home from day one. The caregiving pros have made Dad feel as if he is theirs. They care with patience, compassion and love. Dad is so happy to be surrounded by those he now calls family. The wellbeing of our loved ones (mind, body and spirit) is their number one priority. Lastly, with the threat of the COVID crisis, the Provision team has performed with expert precision and painstaking meticulousness. Dad could be nowhere safer. To management, medical and care teams, each and everyone of you have become our extended family...thats what its all about. We rest with ease knowing Dad is receiving excellent care. With love and deep appreciation for all you do, you are our treasured Front Line. Thank You So Much!!!

My mother has been living at Provision since mid-February 2020, just a couple of weeks before the pandemic caused the facility to lockdown. Alissa, the Executive Director always strives to find workable solutions to any issue we may have. She has been the best thing to happen at Provision during this pandemic! I would also like to acknowledge Cindy Kashdan for her kindness and care of my mother, as well as Carmen and her activities staff, and of course to Judy Rothschild, for her upbeat personality and knowing what we needed to help make my mother comfortable upon moving in. In addition, the concierge staff are always so accommodating. My siblings and I appreciate the Provision staff very much.

My Dad has been at Provision Living in West Bloomfield (PL) for a little over a year. If you are looking for a facility that will provide not only top level care but caring PL is what you have been searching for. We were interested in our Dad not just having a safe place to live, but one that would provide socialization and interesting activities. PL has activities that are geared to adults, arm chair travel, book discussions, interesting speakers. When Covid came along the fun did not stop, staff conducted special one on one visits. Hallway programs were held and enjoyed. While Covid did provide many challenges there was not one point where I did not feel my Dad was is the best possible place. The best part of PL is the staff. Everyone cares about the residents and each other. The team work is unbelievable. Upon reviewing the last year with my sister. She said: Who would have thought a year ago I would not be able to just pop in at PL to check things out, and that I would be okay with it? Before my Dad moved to PL I had many a sleepless night, now I sleep like a baby.

My family member has been there since it has opened. Though the start was a little rocky, the improvements have been really significant! We are very very pleased with the current staff, and want to point out how incredibly careful and successful they have been in dealing with Covid. A special shout out to Andrew, Alissa, Cindy. There are also many care workers who are extremely caring and compassionate.

The staff has been amazing during this pandemic. Despite being unable to visit with residents at times, management and staff worked really well at keeping lines of communication open.

I love the staff here. And jasmine is one of the memory care workers she has compassion and really loves what she does. I would highly recommend her. My other post got deleted some how. But keep up the good work guys.
