From the moment I spoke to Bree, I felt we had found a home for my parents. She makes a very difficult transition seamless. The welcome and help we receive by all that work at the reception desk is wonderful. My Mom and Dad moved from their beautiful home in North Carolina of 30 years to be closer to family. The care and attention that Bree and the rest of the team delivered was and continues to be exceptional. They feel like family and that is something that gives our family tremendous peace! We are also very impressed with the food service led by Hope and the housekeeping service led by Samantha.They genuinely care and have taken the time to get to know my parents and are so helpful.

My parents had to suddenly move back to the area, from out of state. Bree is simply the best! She has gone above and beyond helping us find and get their apartment ready. She is always friendly and willing to go the extra step. (She and Hope even put together my parents bed, that was delivered before we were back in town!) She always responds quickly to any questions or concerns, and continues to make sure all my parent's needs are met. She is never too busy to take a call, or come visit with them. Bree's warm and caring personality has made this transition so much easier, not only for my parents, but for the rest of the family. Bree has been and continues to be one of the brightest lights at All Seasons.

A for All Seasons A for ambiance. The community areas are warm and inviting. The library, especially when warmed by the fireplace, is my favorite place. It's also where I gather occasionally on Sundays for knitting circle. The living room has lovely settings for gatherings and is ideal for the weekly musical concerts. A is for amenities. The valet delivers Amazon packages to my door, a mailbox is conveniently within the building, and the concierge service is outstanding. The dining room tables are set with linens every night; my morning coffee is poured immediately as I arrive for breakfast. The menu choices never fail me. All in all, there's much to admire at All Seasons. -Edie Broida

I have lived at all seasons west bloomfield for 3 years and continue to love it. Is it perfect, of course not, but it is pretty darn close. The employees are wonderful, and I have never had one of them say "it;s not my job". If you need anything, they do whatever is necessary to accommodate you. The food is fine, with lots of choices so you can always eat something you like. Breakfast is fabulous, again with tons of choices including bagel and lox. Almost every day there is an Afternoon social, with appetizers and wine. There are numerous activities including games, lectures, exercise, art, and much more. Twice a week we have outside entertainment come in and again almost all of them are fabulous. And lastly, the residents are friendly and inclusive. Judy Hocher

Bree the Sales Counselor is a fantastic person. She has helped me every step of the way to move into All Seasons. I could not have asked for a more brilliant and fabulous person to work with. My mother has been a resident for a little over 2 years and loves living at ASWB. I appreciate the care and respect shown by the staff toward the residents and their families. One of the best is Amber Campbell, the dining room manager. She responds quickly to my emails and has gone above and beyond several times to answer my questions and I never feel like I'm bothering her. There have been many challenges over the past year, especially for the kitchen and dining room. Amber has handled them extremely well. She's truly an asset to the ASWB team.

No one loves the idea of giving up a home of many decades; it is a stressful experience. Making the transition has been much easier thanks to the staff at All Seasons of West Bloomfield, especially working with Jill Partaka, director of sales and marketing. Jill has shown infinite patience with my indecision, endless questioning and requests. She has shown tremendous insight into how conflicted someone is when making the change to senior living. It also helps that All Seasons presents such a warm and welcoming environment.

Just moved my 95 y.o.dad from another local senior establishment. The difference is night and day. Friendly and responsive staff especially Jill and Judy ( with whom I have dealt with the most), not short staffed. A wonderful menu with sufficient portions, not cold or looking like what is this ?. Most importantly, they follow through on their promises and do not blow smoke up your you know where.Five star for sure:)Sidney Atkins

Had a great experience with Jill Partaka. She is caring and professional and has a lets see how we can make that happen attitude! We needed to make a few changes to the unit prior to move in; Jill wrote notes and followed up on everything. She really made the move much easier for me and less stressful for my mom. This is a 5 stars review of Tony, who runs the food services at All Seasons West Bloomfield. All employees a excellent but this guy is special, He is absolutely intent on helping anyway he can, he is sincere charming and friendly and loves our dog, he show shows in every way that he earnestly the residents to enjoy life at All Seasons. He shows in every way that he cares.

I cannot say enough good things about All Seasons West Bloomfield. Moving my parents from out of state during a pandemic created many challenges. The staff, all the way to the executive director, have helped make the transition so much easier. We are impressed with the level of professionalism and how they are invested in making sure that my parents have been taken care of over the last few months. Cindy took care of us from day one. She was always available to ask questions and routinely went above and beyond. She has been wonderful to work with and is a lovely person. In fact, everyone in sales has been a pleasure to work with. My parents also say great things about Chef Robs dishes. All of his meals have been delicious and my dad said one of his fish dishes was the best he has ever eaten. The menu has lots of options and has fine dining dishes! Chef Rob has also taken extra time and effort to accommodate some medical dietary restrictions for my mother. We really appreciate Chef Robs dedication to making his dishes work for her. This is so important to her and receiving meals she can eat makes her day. Big thanks again to all the great people at All Seasons WB who have exceeded our expectations!!

My mother has been a resident at All Seasons West Bloomfield for three years now. I cant say enough nice things about All Seasons. It starts at the front desk where the concierges knows everyone and treat the residents with such respect. Management is easy to reach and tries to grant all requests to the best of their ability.The facility is clean, well maintained and looks great. During Covid times have been trying but staff members have done all they could to keep people safe. Meals were brought up to the rooms three times a day. Virtual activities took place and concerned family members felt comforted knowing that their loved ones were ok.My mother has many friends at All Seasons. She walks down the hall and is greeted by all the lovely new people she has met.I am a happy daughter to kNow that my mother is safe and happy. Thank you All Seasons.

My mom lived at All Seasons of West Bloomfield for the last five years of her life. We recently vacated her apartment. In those years, we found the staff of ASoWB to be outstanding. Everyone was helpful, compassionate, friendly. The nursing staff on site with Ellyn, Monita, et. al. were spectacular beyond words, as if my mom was their mom too. As we cleaned out the apartment, Brandy was extremely helpful and supportive. Along the way, Regina was very helpful with billing. I wish I could recall more names, as I never found anyone less than 5 stars. It is a beautiful facility. One would think they were in a new Marriott hotel. Yes, it is costly, but you wont find better.

SHE DISCUSSED WITH ME THE VALUE OF A DESERT CART SO RESIDENTS CAN SEE THE DESERT CHOICES, AS IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO IMAGINE A DESCRIPTION OF A DESERT BY A SERVER. THIS WOULD HELP THE STAFF. I THINK DEE OUGHT TO BE ABLE TO PUSH THE CART AROUND BOTH DINING ROOMS AS A COURTESY AND HONOR TO HER. NEXT, MYOSHA AND DEE FROM HOUSEKEEPING TOGETHER DID A VERY GOOD JOB AT MY APARTMENT THIS WEEK. I THINK MYOSHA OUGHT TO TRAIN HER STAFF IN HOW TO MAKE A BED WITH CAMP CORNERS! IT MAKES A CRISP BED FOR THOSE WHO WANT THIS TECHNIQUE USED.....I LEARNED IT AT AGE 7. Dee is wonderful. She is always smiling and efficient. Even though she is management she does it all due to a lack of servers. And she never leaves the dining room. Robert is the most caring, helpful person I have met. He opens the car door, helps you be seated, puts your seat belt on for you as well as taking your walker and storing it in the trunk. When you have arrived at your destination, he retrieves your walker, helps you out of the car and then takes you to the door of your destination,

I am at All Seasons every day. Its a wonderful residence, run well, with great activities, clean, and cheerful. The person who makes it an over the top residence is Tamara, the social director. Always smiling, bringing wonderful live musical entertainment twice weekly, with outings, and creative activities every day. Shes the best, and Ive seen the rest! I hope the owners know what a valuable, loyal, employee she is, and how so much of the success of this establishment she is responsible for

This place is the most beautiful senior living home I have ever been in we have viewed a few other homes and this one is the most beautiful and cleanest Ive been Outstanding service from the door way to the dinning room as we took our tour around the outstanding place everyone was so welcoming dinning room service was excellent my 80 year old mother and I felt as if we were at a 5 star restaurant service was great very friendly faces a lot of great welcoming servers greeting us from the door to the table made sure to make us feel as welcoming as possible dinner was outstanding lamb chops were top notch . The servers in the dinning room were all very nice and friendly made us feel comfortable and once again welcomed would highly recommended all seasons of westbloomfield to anyone looking to stay at an incredible independent living home this place made me feel safe and very comfortable to leave my mom living in .
